BBR Home - Close to GM pool. Great for Families! Separate rec room and apt.

Newly renovated in 2019 - 5 bedroom, 4 bath vacation home centrally located on a cul de sac at Black Butte Ranch. This property is perfect for families! This home was built in 1978 and we had a lot of fun updating it while keeping it's Black Butte charm.

The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths:
2 upper master suites with king beds
1 upper bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds
1 lower bedroom with a queen bed and a full bed
1 lower full bathroom with tub/shower combination

2 family rooms with TV's, games and a shuffleboard table.

Enjoy the well appointed and beautiful kitchen!

The detached apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a king bed. It also has a rec room with a ping pong table and arcade game with 60 retro games included.

This well equipped home is close to both the Glaze meadow and South Meadow pools. This property sleeps 12 people and is perfect for multiple families. We have A/C in the main house and WIFI that extends to both buildings. Everything in this home is newly renovated and ready for you and your family to enjoy.

Black Butte Ranch charges an Access and Community Recreation Fee of 13% of the nightly rate. This access fee is to help offset some of the costs associated with maintaining Ranch facilities and is collected at the time of booking.

Amazing property in a GREAT location! Beautifully furnished home with an awesome kitchen, tons of indoor and outdoor seating and even a bonus garage area with ping pong and an arcade game. Our family enjoyed every minute. Brian was a wonderful communicator and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

This is what I and my family call a Black Butte place inside and out. So it isn't too fancy and its decor matches the surrounding area. Very comfortable; spacious; lots of recreational features (e.g. ping pong; bicycles; Corn Hole, shuffle board, etc); good location; very complete and large kitchen; patio with umbrella-covered dining table plus extra seating; garage freezer, bbq; fire pit etc. etc. Especially goof for a family with a range of ages.

The best Black Butte has to offer

Wonderful location, close to everything. Great outdoor space and well designed for family interaction. This is our third time here and we hope to come back yearly.

Family vacation with friends

We have stayed at Black Butte every summer for the last 30 years. This was our favorite place we have ever stayed! It was such a beautiful property with space for everyone and so many amazing amenities. We loved it, and hope to stay there again!

The house was great for our stay! We enjoyed sitting around the fire while the kids had space to run around. Location was close to the recreation center. Beautiful weekend at Black Butte!

Great Multi-Family House

Great stay in Black Butte; this house was perfect for an extended family gathering including grandparents and young kids. The number of beds and bedrooms was perfect for our large group, we particularly enjoyed eating breakfast looking out the large windows off the kitchen. We will be back!

The property easily accommodated our extended family (11 people). It was clean and and well-appointed, and a short distance from pools, pickleball, and shopping. It is ten miles from Sisters, making for a quick trip to the market for suddenly-needed items. We hope to stay here again!

This was a fantastic home for our three families! We had about 4” of snow while here and it was so great to watch the kids play in the snow from all the gorgeous views from the house. The extra apartment and game were a welcome bonus.

Perfect long weekend in BBR with friends

We had a wonderful time in BBR this past weekend celebrating my husbands and my 50th birthdays. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! The bike selection was terrific, we enjoyed the game room, fire pit and huge couch in the family room which fit all 10 of us comfortable to watch the Beaver game (my husband and I are the only Duck fans in the group 😆). The location and size of the house were perfect, it was very clean and the check in process was simple. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property.

Great BBR location with all the amenities

Host was superb and friendly. He stocks the house very well and there is plenty of room to spread out, especially with teenagers. Great location close to Glaze Meadow pool and short bike ride to Lodge pool through the meadow. The only possible improvement would maybe be the A/C upstairs as we had to run the fan every night to stay cool and it was in the high 80's/low 90's. Outside deck furniture could use updating too. I highly recommend.

We have been having family vacations in Black Butte Ranch for thirty years. Brian’s home was our favorite! We love the location being close to Glaze Meadow pool and courts. The house has great natural night, a well-appointed kitchen, fantastic outdoor patio to enjoy all day, comfortable beds and a family favorite rec room that entertained two generations. We also really appreciated all the bicycles. Brian was a great host. He reached out to us throughout the booking and rental process. He was gracious and welcoming and sincerely interested in making our time in his home the best it could be. We definitely want stay in his home again.

Perfect for Extended Family Gathering

The property is exactly as described and photographed. The location is very close to the recreational facility. We were very grateful for the bikes because the ranch's rental department was seasonally closed. The dishwasher was on the fritz so a great deal of time was spent handwashing, but we managed. Gratefully we were able to arrange for a late check out. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We have 2 children and live in Camas Washington. We are an active family that enjoys golfing, fishing, basketball, dancing and having fun!

Why they chose this property

We think you will love this property! It is perfectly located in between both Glaze Meadow rec center/pool and South Meadow pool. We are situated on a cul-de-sac which is great for the little ones to ride their bikes. Our neighbors are awesome - Sarah's sister's family owns the house next store and also rents it on VRBO!
