Looking for a little piece of heaven? This is it! Spectacular views and hot tub
Driving down the drive of the home you instantly start to relax as you see how the home is tucked away and private. The beautiful waterfall feature out front and the views from the back porch are amazing. This home is in a cove so there's not tons of boat traffic in the summer. Sitting on the back porch on the lake side you feel as you are in the trees with mother nature being so high up. If you walk out front early enough, you can watch the sun rise. Sitting on the dock or sitting on the back porch, you can see the sun set. Watching the sun set with my solo cup was a must when searching for a home to retire in one day and this home hit all the sweet spots. This is our vacation home so it is decorated with all the things we love! If you have small children please keep this in mind.

Excellent home for our large group. The home is very comfortable and had some lovely paintings and antiques. The kitchen had everything you would need to fix meals. Even coffee, sweetener, spices and oil. Beautiful location on the lake.
Great location, super quiet, and convenient enough to town to pop back and forth as needed. The house has a lot of character, and plenty of signage to make sure you understand the host’s rules. Bonus points that I could be lazy and still get my steps in going to and from the dock!

Thanks, Bryan, for the kind words, but you stated it all correctly, with the steps back and forth to the dock! Lol
Great exercise for sure! You all had some wonderful weather as well! Come back and see us for another workout!
This house has lots of room for several people & many great accommodations. The location is great with beautiful sunset views & easy access to the water. We enjoyed our stay.

Thanks Russell and look forward to you coming back to Northshore in the future!
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very spacious and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing! The dock and yard were easy to access. We would definitely go back!
We had a fantastic time at this lovely home. It has a gorgeous view, immaculate grounds and is closely located to Hot Springs and all the surrounding Parks but is quiet and peaceful. The house was large enough to accommodate our group but was still cozy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this house for location, scenery, comfort and value.

Lovely stay
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the stay. A little nervous with all the breakables around. Beds were very comfortable and location was close to everything we needed. Thanks.
Nice property! Fit the description. Plenty of room for all. The hot tub was too hot for a summer time trip but I’m sure it would be great for cooler weather. A/c inside worked great. About a 20 minute boat ride from Hot Springs Marina.
We stayed here over Thanksgiving and enjoyed the house very much. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 7. Chris was accommodating and did everything we needed.
This rental was everything that they stated in the listing. Home away from home.
This house was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed to make for a great week. We also enjoyed the access to the lake with a dock behind the house and a beautiful view. If I was ever in the area again I would definitely rent this house.

Sally, thank you for booking Northshore and it really is a "little piece of heaven"! I am heading down there myself as promised and will ship what was left to you by 8/24. Come back and see us!
Very relaxing lakefront property with amazing sunset views. House is well-equipped, well furnished and decorated with an eclectic and interesting array of art & artifacts. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!
This is a beautiful property and we did enjoy staying here. One thing to note is the indoor temperature will stay at 65 no matter what you do to the thermostat. We also got in the hot tub a couple of times and ended up with a fever of 101 and 102 I’m not sure if it was sickness from the hot tub or we caught something walking around town but it sure made the last couple of days of our vacation miserable.
We had a great time at the lake house two other couples joined us we had a rainy week but still had a lot of fun great house has a few issues but Chris was right there with good communication to take care of any problems that we had thank you Chris we enjoyed our stay

Randy, it was a pleasure hosting you and your guest! Thank you for your patience w the upstairs TV. I arrived at the house shortly after you all left and Northshore along with 3 other homes were without power till later that day due to a blown transformer. I have an electrician coming out next week to take a look at the TV socket, but some other issues as well. Come back and see us!
We loved everything about our trip. Such a relaxing and peaceful trip. We spent many hours on the pier and in front the waterfall. We saw deer, chipmunk, rabbits, and all kinds of birds. It was great. We listened to Chris and tried Weldon’s Meat and it is a must. We cooked ribeyes on the balcony and enjoyed the view one last time before coming home. Thank you Chris!

This was a last minute booking after our original trip was cancelled due to an A/C failure. The house met our needs as far as space, however the pictures are misleading with the decor. The decor is more dated than we would have liked (especially the bedrooms and bathrooms). The bathroom floors and shower stalls were visibly dirty and the house had an older smell. There were sign plaques EVERYWHERE with instructions stating do not touch, do not use, etc. Again, the house served its purpose as a last minute booking but we will not book this property in the future.

Sarah, thank you for your stay at Northshore, and the pics posted of the house and spaces are all on the site for all to see. The entire house was overhauled in 2018, except the 1 orange and wood bathroom, which I like, being a TN Vols fan. Unfortunately, there is signage to help with navigating the home, such as leaving the door open at the kitchen leading back to the 2 bedrooms, because it throws the air off and I get complaints of the air not working, which it works perfectly. Another sign is to shower before using the hot tub after getting out of the lake. Otherwise, the water turns immediately in the hot tub, and the spa people have to be called. Signage is only to help the guest, not to be bossy. I apologize if any of the signage offended you or your guest in any way.
The house is lovely, spacious with four bedrooms and a bunk room, upper and lower deck and patio wonderful lake views, from three of the bedrooms and most importantly, four bathrooms. My friends and family enjoyed this immensely we use the dock for the rental pontoon boat, the owner was very gracious and allowed us an early check-in and provided us with great information on restaurants and attractions in the town. Will definitely stay here again. There were a lot of breakable items around the house, however, our one three year old is very well behaved, and did not attempt to even touch anything and the adults were not clumsy, so nothing got broken. Lol .
This place is absolutely beautiful, and mornings with coffee on the deck overlooking the lake were the highlight of the trip. The pictures are accurate -- the house is spacious with very comfortable bedrooms, and the layout was perfect for our family, with room to spread out. We especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen: we were able to cook almost every evening with everything we needed. The house was also spotlessly clean when we arrived, which is reassuring at this time in particular.
The host and property manager were responsive, cordial, and on the spot with guidance about groceries and boat rentals, and made checkin and checkout very simple. (One note -- the checkin instructions on the VRBO app seem to have been copy-pasted for a totally different property, but we were able to alleviate confusion very quickly with a call to the property manager. Probably just a VRBO error).
We loved our visit, and it was just what our family needed. Cannot recommend it highly enough -- you'll love it!

Thanks Krista and glad you finally got some down time! Please come back and see us at Northshore!
Our stay consisted of 9 adults 50+ in young age for 4 days. The views are lovely from both balconies.
Chris, the owner responded quickly to any issue and great to work with to ensure you enjoy your stay.
He has a swing, 2 lounge chairs, & 2 other chairs on the front porch to enjoy the beautiful waterfall & pond.
There are extra chairs & floor fans to accommodate all.
His kitchen has basic staple items, which were greatly appreciated as previously homes I've rented didn't have.
AC works great, so we were cool & comfortable.
Bunk beds were not comfortable for adults, so keep that in mind if you need that space.
Both TV's have a fire stick to enjoy Amazon prime, Hulu, Netflix & YouTube in family room & Den downstairs.
There is a washer & dryer if you need to wash towels, etc for extended stay.
He has a lot of antiques & breakable world traveled items in this home for you to loving look at but don't touch...so small kids would need to be supervised closely.
He has all switches labeled all over this house, which you will appreciate.
I recommend staying here, Chris the host is a thoughtful owner

Beautiful location! We brought our mothers for a relaxing weekend. The location was perfect! Very peaceful and relaxing. Not too far from town. We relaxed at the property, shopped in town, drove through some beautiful woods, and just enjoyed our time together. The home is furnished with gorgeous items! Lots of breakables so I would not bring small children! Highly recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property!
This house was perfect for two families with older kids. Plenty of space and full bathrooms for every sleeping area. The outdoor areas are wonderful as well.
A Walmart grocery store, a Walgreens, and restaurants are located just outside the neighborhood where the house is located. The house is in a very quiet location on a pretty area of the lake.
Communication with the owner was easy and the house was clean and well stocked.

About the host

1/6/2019 I fell in love with Hot Springs over 40 years ago at the age of 25. We bought our 1st property in 1997 at Beacon Manor and our home on 12/30/2014. Hot Springs is an Artsy town and love the downtown architecture. I grew up going to Sardis and Enid as a kid, which are both close to Memphis. The water has always soothed the mind so I love floating with my solo cup and being on our pontoon boat. During the winter months Quapaw Spa is where I go for the healing powers of the natural waters. We love going to Lost Creek Grille Restaurant and the frog legs and visiting with Dana the manager. Prime rib on Friday and Saturday nights! Anything and everything you need is there in Hot Springs for the Spa to the beautiful Garvan Gardens!
Why they chose this property
This property sits off the road and you feel as though you are all alone. You best speak softly because your voice carries due to the silence.
What makes this property unique
I love the fact that you can see a sunrise as well as a sunset. During the summer I love floating off the dock which has a deep ladder to enter the water. We are in a cove so you don't have all the boat traffic. Close enough to town with a 20-25 Uber which runs about $15.00 1 way. Best, is the new hot tub installed end of 2024 that seats 6.
