Very nice 100m2 detached house renovated in 2019, located in a very quiet housing estate, 5 minutes (on foot) from the large beach and 20 meters from the Salses pond (possibility of swimming). Perfect for lovers of windsurfing! storage of boards and sails possible in the garage
House on 2 floors with an enclosed garden, safe for young children.
Maximum capacity: 6 people
-2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + 1 with two single bed)
- a mezzanine with double bed.
-1 powder room
- 1 separate toilet
- large living room (50m2) with fireplace and TV open onto a very well equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, nespresso, microwave, oven, induction hob (washing machine and freezer in garage)

- 2 terraces with garden furniture, one of which is protected on windy days "tramontane"

Location en rapport avec l'annonce. Belle maison dans un endroit très calme, avec jardin fort agréable. Un peu loin à pied du centre de Port-Leucate et des commerces de proximité. Plage à 10 mn- 1/4 d'heure à pied. La proximité de l'étang est un plus incontestable. Etonnemment, aucun moustique...
