Amazing new home

This was one of the nicest homes that I have rented. We were traveling with a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their space and privacy. The house is brand new with thoughtful design and perfect touches. The location can't be beat with Acme, Wawa and CVS all right around the corner and the beach 2 blocks away. You are on a main road but the house is so well done that you can barely hear anything from inside. The house is very well stocked with all the necessary kitchen items and then some. If you have the chance, stay here you won't regret it.

With over 5 decades of deep family roots to the local area; OCHS school teachers & sports coaches, community members, children in the neighboring Northfield school district & athletic system, we proudly became the owners of our own piece of Ocean City in 2014, making this our “Happy Place” – our dream come true.

The former 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom cozy cottage beach house served us, and all of those before us, well in creating life long memories. Over 75 years’ worth. We hope to pay homage to those families before us and look forward to creating new memories for the books.

While we longed to own a larger shore home that could host more family and friends, we didn’t want to sacrifice one of the things we cherished most, the summer evenings outback – clambakes and grilling. With that in mind, while designing the plans, we chose to forgo a garage to make room for an outdoor living space.   We hope you enjoy the use of the outdoor space as we do.

Now kick off your shoes, grab a cold beverage & relax. May this be your “Happy Place” for your stay!
