Waterfront & Dock

Located on deep water at Lake Travis, the private dock includes a covered slip for a boat up to 23 feet, electric lifts, and a personal watercraft ramp. A wide concrete walkway provides easy access, and local services can deliver watercraft directly to the dock.

Good to Know Before Booking

• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests (including daytime visitors)
• No weddings, parties, or loud events
• Groups primarily under age 30 are not permitted
• A signed rental agreement is required after booking
• Heating the pool is an extra charge
• Early check-in and late check-out are not offered for 2-night reservations. Guests booking 3 nights or more may request an early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. If an exception is approved for a 2-night stay, a minimum fee of $250.00 will apply.

Security: Two exterior cameras monitor the driveway and pool equipment area only (not pool/spa or living areas).
