The Spinnaker at Swan Cove has a great location on 6 private waterfront acres and awaits your next family vacation or getaway. It features incredible waterfront views with a fenced swimming pool, 4 kayaks, a private dock for fishing, crabbing and boating, outdoor fire pit with wood, playground area. This lovely home features a first floor spacious master suite with a sofa bed and a private door leading to outside living space.Second floor features 3 bedrooms with shared bathroom and 4th upstairs bedroom has an on suite. The first floor has a beautiful kitchen and dining area overlooking the water. The oversized living area/den with a queen sofa bed , 48" TV,DVD and Xbox 360. The waterviews are spectacular. Te door from deck overlooking the water has direct access from the kitchen. Laundry room is located on the first floor. All bedrooms have DirecTV & WiFi (not for streaming)

Great family vacation

We are a family of 6 along with my 2 sister-in-laws and this house was so comfortable and spacious for all of us. We enjoyed everything. The dock, kayaking, firepit, outdoor games and especially that beautiful pool at the perfect temperature. We couldn't ask for more and Kelly made everything so easy and the guys that came for the pool were so nice too. We will definitely try to make it back there.

Excellent property

Great stay at this amazing property! Went with young kids and there was so much space to spread out (2 families w 2 kids each). Access to the water was great, kayaks, crab traps and lots of room for the kids to run. Only hitch is that there’s no smart TV (no Netflix, Disney+, etc), but the XBOX there plays blue rays and DVDs.

Pleasant family & friend reunion

Clean, spacious, peaceful and beautiful. 14 friends and I booked the spinnaker at swan cove for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The scenery is pristine, and the property is very clean and beautifully manicured. The house is also spacious and uncluttered. The property manager was always responsive, and assisted us in booking charter fishing and tracking down Maryland clue crab. We would certainly stay at this property in the future.

The Spinnaker is located on a private 22 acre estate cove. It is truly a waterfront location. It is very private yet located only 15 minutes off of Route 50. It is a great place fro a vacation or to simply relax and enjoy all nature has to offer. We have a great swimming pool, playground, fire pit and private dock fro fishing, crabbing an boating. We have 4 complimentary kayaks for your use. WiFi and satellite TV included.
