Located 600 meters from Villefranche beach and the old town, this 90 m2 detached house, surrounded by a garden, offers magnificent views of the sea, Cap Ferrat and the harbor of Villefranche. It is reached by a staircase of approximately 10 meters in height.
It is located two kilometers from Nice, Beaulieu and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat.
Besides the pleasures of the beach, it is ideally located for tourism: Eze, Menton, Monaco and Italy are around 30 minutes by car. Frequent trains and buses connect these destinations
It is suitable for a family of four. The two bedrooms are furnished with 140 x 190 cm beds.
Living room, dining room and equipped kitchen provide good comfort for the holidays
