Wonderful property in a great location with easy access to town. Grocery store and bakery were just steps away. The apartment was very clean, check-in was easy, and the hosts were incredibly helpful, showing us around and sharing excellent restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend!

The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. Our contact, Elena, was extremely helpful in showing us how everything worked and was a great source of information. The location is walking distance to groceries and public transport. There were great views of the sea, but it could be noisy due to traffic if the windows were open. It was a 30- 45 minute walk to the old town but easy access by T2 train. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Nice.

Apartment was well equipped, fantastic view and across from the beach. Tram stop 2 minute walk allowing easy quick travel to the Old Town. Host was excellent and great communication. Would stay again!

The host met us and walked us all around and made great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the city. We love this apartment and will book again next year. Great view and close to everything. Very clean and had everything we needed. Will be back for sure! VIEW WAS AMAZING!

This was our second time staying at this apartment. Everything about this property is perfect. The view, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, multiple balconies, close to grocery stores and restaurants and 1 minute walk to the beach. It’s perfect. We will be back.

The property was exactly what we were looking for and the communicatios were excellent, any flaws were my doing! We loved the location, the property manager Elena, was terrific and very helpful. Anything you need is within walking distance or a quick block to either the bus or tram. Highly reccommend this property for a relaxing vacation!

Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood

The apartment was everything we needed for our stay in Paris. The view of the Eiffel Tower was spectacular. I would stay there again.

Fantastic beach location!

We had the best of both worlds with the beach across the street and old town Nice a short ride away. Host was always available to answer questions. Would highly recommend this apartment for a well balanced beach and city stay!
