Great place close to the U of A in a quite clean and safe neighborhood. House is perfect for a couple looking to feel like at home in the Tucson area. Great hosts and beautiful 1 bedroom house thoughtfully designed and supplied with all the things you need to enjoy your visit.
This was a great spot that served as our home base while we took our time to explore Tucson and the surrounding areas. It was beautifully designed in a rustic Southwest style. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Bonuses included a deep, soaker tub, a very large walk in closet, (we stayed for a month so this was great), and the fresh citrus (oranges and grapefruit) in the courtyard which we were welcome to pick. Being from the Pacific Northwest, it was a real treat to have fresh orange juice! Leslie was cordial and responded quickly to any questions we had. The location was close to the university and easy walking distance to the beautiful neighborhoods and parks nearby. We would definitely choose this spot again.
I liked the open friendliness and responsiveness of the owner which felt gracious, but unobtrusive. The house was near the streetcar stop that goes thru the university, central area, and ends at the mercado, so very well located for lots of interesting Tucson shopping and dining. The house is well equipped, cozy, and charming! Good alarm system also for safety, though it seemed a very safe neighborhood.
Cute adobe for my escape from Iowa in January. This property is in a great location close to so many places that were on my list to visit. Comfortable one bedroom with everything I needed. I felt safe in the neighborhood and with the alarm system. I was amazed at the citrus in the back yard: lemon, orange, lime and grapefruit trees. I saw a hummingbird drinking rainwater off of one of the leaves. Leslie was great to work with and responded to my texts even when she was out of the country!

Doris,
I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. What a fantastic guest you were! You left the place spotless and were so easygoing. We have actually had hummingbird nests in the trees—which is amazing. I hope you come again.
