This is a charming old house with lots of character. It is well furnished and the back yard is spacious and lovely. The salt water dipping pool is a nice bonus. The floor to the main bedroom slopes quite a bit, so anyone with balance issues should be careful. The owners did not have a filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator, so we had to buy water. The bed in the second room is probably antique, which is charming, however, it was so squeaky that just getting on or off the bed produced a lot of noise. The huge shower with three shower heads was a nice surprise, and I appreciated the room in the shower for my shampoo, etc…Overall, cute home, convenient location, great communication with owners.
Very cute house and beautiful yard in neighborhood very close to downtown. Beds were comfortable and bathroom is wonderful. House is old and charming. Very clean
Great place! We found it perfect for our needs and were not afraid to leave our dogs alone when we enjoyed the restaurants and sightseeing in Tucson I would improve the outdoor lighting in the backyard Thank you for your service and your patience
The house was fantastic. Walkable to some super fun areas of town. Great heated plunge pool. The hosts were extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!!
This is our second time staying here and we love it! The location is perfect providing proximity to the downtown area and museums as well as the campus, with easy access to major roads leading to multiple recreation areas. We love the salt spa after mornings spent hiking. The beautiful fenced in backyard was great for the dogs and us. The kitchen was stocked with necessities to prepare meals at home. The house is not fancy but clean, comfortable and welcoming. We always feel very much at home when staying here.
When staying in Tucson, access to water is essential, and this lovely home provided just what we needed: a "Spa Pool" that serves as a cool down during hot days or a warm up in the evening. And the landscaping in that yard adds to the feeling of an oasis in the dessert. Simply lovely. We also liked the art in the home and the fine location to downtown or major arteries to everything.
The entire place was just what we were looking for! It was quaint with a private heated pool & allowed for some enjoyable & relaxing downtime in a dessert setting.
Very convenient to U of A. Loved the yard and pool. Small, but worked perfectly for the four of us. Neighborhood is a little older but we felt comfortable walking to campus, even at night. We will be back to visit our son and will definitely keep this place in mind!
The landscaping and pool/hot tub very relaxing in a quiet neighborhood! Uber drivers were always available in less than 10 min. Excellent restaurants, beautiful town and the people were very nice! Would definitely stay here again 🌵🌺
Loved the home and the outdoor living space is fantastic with the salt water hot tub/pool, back patio, and lovely landscaping. Great for a pet, the fenced in back yard provided ample space for outside time. The location is excellent for spending time in the heart of downtown and the U of A campus. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Hosts were fantastic and very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!
We really enjoyed our time at the property. We got used to the trains quickly, earplugs at night helped. The spa/pool was fabulous, after bike rides and hiking. We'll be back.

Being one block awY from railroad crossing needs to be noted.
It was clean and cute. But the noise from the train being so severe needs to be noted.
The owners were great to work with! When we needed to get in touch, they were available. The adobe house was perfect with a lot of character. The back yard was amazing. The Spa/pool was used daily and nightly. We could not have been happier spending 17 nights in Tucson. We will be back in Tucson many more times and hope Dunbar Springs is available. Thank you both for making this trip, great!
