For sports enthusiasts, Erquy bay is ideal for kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, sand yachting, paddle or kitesurfing. The beach of St Pabu, big beach of blond sand, is a spot famous for the kitesurf.
For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 does not go far from the house.
10 km from Erquy: Val André has one of the most beautiful golf courses in France, in an exceptional environment, between sea and countryside.
20 km from Erquy: in Lamballe, you will find the national stud farm, one of the leading equestrian centers in the west of France.
It is a house for 2 to 6 people:
upstairs: 2 bedrooms sleeping 160x200 and sleeping 140 × 190. Velux blackout blinds.
- In the rdc: 1 room sleeping 160x200. Cupboards + bedside lamps, mirror in each room. Duvets and pillows. Quality Bedding.
- bathroom shower, washbasin and washing machine. Separate WC.
- kitchenette with electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ... large fridge and freezer, microwave, large oven, dishwasher
- bright living room with flat screen TV, hi-fi, books and board games for moments of relaxation with the family. .. a large bay window + awning.
- the deckchairs and the garden furniture on the terrace invite you to idleness, the barbecue also calls you!
