Bright apartment entirely renovated and tastefully decorated on the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, a living room decorated with old tiles, 1 bathroom with shower, an independent WC, and an equipped kitchen. washing machines for laundry and dishes.
Located in a pedestrian street, next to Rue Augusta and Place du commerce, you have many restaurants and shops; it is also next to the Baixa-Chiado metro station. internet is provided as well as a flat screen tv with many foreign channels. the house is prepared with all comfort and charm.

Location awesome and apartment beautiful. The checking in was difficult as the key was left at a shop and they had no idea where the apartment was located. Leonel had left directions for us but it took some time to find the apartment on our own. We then had to get our cases up the flight of stairs - difficult for ladies in their 70s. However it was perfect in so many ways as we were able to walk to most attractions.

Apartment was exceptionally clean. The check in was straightforward and the host contacted us during our stay to check everything was ok. Close to transport, shops and restaurants. Very quiet as bedroom was at rear of property. Would highly recommend the property and the location

Great apartment in a great location. It’s one floor up from a small pedestrian street just off a major pedestrian street, with lots of shops and restaurants. The balcony doors open to the sounds and views of street life. When closed, they are very well sound-insulated. Two good-size bedrooms, a good-sized kitchen, relatively large living/dining room. Jose (the owner) was very responsive to VRBO message inquiries. Before and after we arrived, Leonel (the caretaker) communicated through WhatsApp. He provided videos, showing how to find and enter the apartment, which was very helpful. We got there early in the day and were able to store our bags in the apartment while it was being cleaned. Leonel checked on us the next day to make sure everything was going well, which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very responsive hosts

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location of the property is excellent and our hosts were excellent to deal with. The weather was hot, so we very much appreciated the excellent air conditioned apartment.

Wonderful place, centrally located and very clean

Right from the start of the stay, everything was just perfect. Hosts and managers are super friendly and prompt to respond. Central to everything a family needs to do all day. Would highly recommend the place to our friends.

Very central location in historic commerce district. Step out directly to many shopping and dining options, walkable to most things you will want to see and do. The apartment has everything you will need and has alot of charm. No parking on site but Ubers are very economical.

Great location

We loved our stay in Lisbon. You are on a Main Street above a restaurant but the bedroom in the back is very quiet. Location is near everything within walking distance. I highly recommend this apartment.

First: the location is perfect. It is on a slightly quieter street one block away from a busier street. No cars drive down the street (mostly). It was very walkable to tons of restaurants and shopping, and it was nice to be in the flat section of Lisbon. The apartment was immaculately clean upon arrival which was wonderful. The communication was great and easy. There is a code to get into the building. You go up one flight of stairs to the apartment door where there is a key. It was the perfect size for myself, my husband and our teenager. Thank you!
