Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember. We also have a 4br unit on this 5th floor should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The sliding glass doors were so smudged you couldn’t see through them.

Great space! Loved the amount of beds and en suites! Great for larger families or families with teens traveling with a friend. Parking garage was great, elevators were quick. Excellent location within Orange Beach. We walked to CVS and Starbucks. Several stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The WiFi worked great. We couldn’t figure out the TV/remote in the master but all the others worked fine. Be aware- not any plastic cups in the condo. So bring your own insulated containers for the beach, and maybe plastic cups you have little ones. A few sand toys were provided but no other chairs, floats, etc. This wasn’t a problem but just an FYI. We would absolutely stay here again!

The view was amazing, and the water was gorgeous. Access to the beach was easy, not a far walk. The unit was huge and the decor was super cute! The unit is on the same level as the parking garage and right through the door making it super easy to load/unload our vehicle and to order food. The unit was safe and spacious for our toddler to explore. Would definitely stay again!

Plenty of space for our family of 6 and room for Grandma and Grandpa to stop by and have dinner. You can't beat the location. Only issue was there was sand in all the beds the first night. My guess is bedding was dropped on the floor as the beds were made and sand was picked up with the covers. I washed sheets the next day, made sure nothing touched the floor, and everyone slept much better.

Perfect location on a perfect beach

Condo has all everything you need for a great beach trip. The kids enjoyed the lazy river, indoor pool and water slide. Everyone enjoyed the beach!! Condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paying a premium price, I expect and demand a clean and well maintained place. Several broken items as well as smoke alarms missing or not working. The floor was filthy throughout the place also. It’s a shame because it is a beautiful place. I would definitely not rent this place for that price again unless it was repaired and deep cleaned. In my opinion I should be refunded at least some of the amount paid. I don’t usually complain about things like this but as I stated at the beginning I paid premium money I expected what I paid for and I did not get that. Shame on you owner for taking advantage of us.
