The view from the rooftop was excellent! We enjoyed the patio as well. Beds and linens were very comfortable . Towels and blankets were abundant. Nancy has everything that anyone could need available. Location was excellent!

The house was very comfortable and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The location was great, and while we couldn't see the ocean it was a close drive. We had no reason to contact anyone with a problem of any kind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Amenities were great, driving proximity to the beach was within minutes. The house was clean, welcoming and very cozy. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Exceptional property located near the sea cliff in the Harbor region next to Brookings. Easy access to Gold Beach and Rogue River outlet to the North and California redwood forests to the South. Clean and very well-equipped. Beautiful backyard and sundeck on rood with view of the ocean. Whimsical decorating indoors. No A/C, but the home stayed cool and comfortable by opening windows and running the whole-house fan unit. I highly recommend this property.

We very much enjoyed our stay - especially loved the rooftop deck w its view of the ocean. We watched the sun set each night during our stay during our stay.The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Memorial Day Getaway

Comfortable and Quiet Spot

This manufactured home is clean, well-equipped, quiet and comfortable. We were in Brookings to connect with family and loved having the kitchen to avoid eating out every meal and a living room to relax in and chat or watch a movie with the family we were visiting. Location is convenient and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Had great communication with Nancy, the host for this really cute home. All questions were answered quickly, and she's super friendly! The home is well stocked with almost anything you might have forgotten at home. Super quiet neighborhood (yay!), nice landscaping, and they have an added sitting area on the roof. We just loved this place!
