Large direct oceanfront home w/seating at the dunes

Large (approx 900 Sq Ft) great room/kitchen area seats 15 w/o extra chairs. House almost 2500 SQ Ft.

2 ocean front decks with furniture, hot tub, and hammock, one open/one covered, and sound view covered balcony w/chairs. Fully equipped kitchen w/appliances and Calphalon and stainless steel cookware.

This house was built in 1998 and completely remodeled in 2019. Zoned A/C an dceiling fans in every room. 50"TV in great room (1 of 6 TVS in house).
Great fishing in Surf and Sound. 6 golf courses close by.

Living area including kitchen and dining area has beautiful full ocean view. Every bedroom has either an ocean or sound view.
The property is a duplex with 6 bedrooms each side. I own both sides and do not rent to 2 families at the same time so you would not have a renter next to you .
