Location vacances

Assez déçu par cet hébergement.. malgré un accueil chaleureux,la propreté des lieux était négligée.. literie bas de gamme.. la piscine et le jaccuzi sont juste a coté de la maison des propriétaires donc aucune intimité,ce qui n'est pas signalé sur la description et à l'opposé de l'hébergement..le prix de la nuitée n'est pas justifié !!!

Nous proposons piscine et jacuzzi à volonté sur un parc de 1200m2 pour 4 personnes , je pense que notre tarif est à la hauteur de nos prestations

Très déçu

La maison est petite et je dirais plutôt 3 couchages car le canapé lit est vraiment petit. La piscine est à l'opposé de la maison, c'est à dire à côté de la maison du propriétaire et en vis à vis avec leur baie vitrée, donc aucune intimité, le spa est à côté de la piscine et n'est pas tout le temps chauffé. Et l'accueil a été vraiment très moyen, cela fait 6 ans que nous prenons des locations avec Abritel et c'est la première fois que nous mettons un avis négatif...

L'annonce décrit tres bien la maison et ce que nous proposons car la piscine et le spa demandent de la surveillance, nous aussi nous avons toujours de tres bon rapport avec nos locataires qui reviennent souvent chaque année, je trouve dommage le comportement que vous avez eu surtout après notre invitation

Un paradis en famille !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce petit paradis ! Au calme, propre et bien équipé, on y est comme chez soi. La terrasse est très agréable à l'abri d'un grand pin, la piscine et le jacuzzi impeccables ! Pour les enfants : trampoline, balançoire, terrain de foot juste à côté et de l'espace pour jouer, vraiment top ! Petit plus, il y a de la place pour stationner car c'est moins évident en ville. Pour finir, des propriétaires en or qui savent recevoir et vous mettre à l'aise. Tout est parfait pour un séjour dans cette belle région !

Propriétaire vraiment trop génial on se serai cru chez des amis vraiment je conseil à tout le monde de ne surtout pas hésiter à louer chez eux logements plus que propre tous est à votre service mes propriétaires sont à vos petit soins je n'ai jamais vu des personnes aussi gentils que se soit madame ou monsieur je l'ai remercieent pour leur gentillesse

L'art d'accueillir !

Une maison bien équipée, un cadre parfait ; piscine, jacuzzi....un havre de paix. Quel bonheur ! Idéalement situé (nécessité d'être véhiculé) par rapport à la plage de St George, Royan, etc.. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement. Disponible et agréable, ils nous ont reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse dans leur petit coin de paradis. Le vrai sens de l'accueil. Un grand merci à eux. Je recommande vivement !! J'y retournerai sans aucun doute
