We absolutely loved Beechwood Bungalow and its proximity to 12 South, Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities - also a quick drive/uber into Broadway. This property was beautiful as good as or even better that what was in the pictures! The backyard was so relaxing and a great place to hang out. We were in town for a Vanderbilt football game and were easily walked to stadium in 30 minutes. The neighborhood is safe and very cute. House well maintained. Kitchen/laundry/bathroom well stocked which was appreciated! The beds were so comfy! Host was super easy to communicate with. The house came w many food/fun recommendations. We were pretty booked w our own schedule but if we come back… will spend time in back yard w fire pit!We ordered sandwiches from 615 deli and had pizza at Doughbird. Both close. We usually head downtown but found everything we needed very close to house.

Excellent Location and Wonderful Hosts

This lovely home was perfect for our Easter stay in Nashville. We never had more than a 15 minute drive to wherever we wanted to go, and it was often less than that. Further, the hosts were very committed to us having a good trip. From pointing out things to do in advance to being easily reachable while we were in town, you won't regret choosing this beautiful home with caring owners in a quiet neighborhood.
