Located in the Edgehill neighborhood nearby to the downtown district and main attractions - 1.4 miles to the Music City Center, 1.5 miles to the Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium and the Lower Broad Entertainment District, 1 mile to Geodis Park, 1.2 miles to the Gulch, .8 miles to Belmont University & 12th Avenue South, and 1.2 miles to Hillsboro Village & Vanderbilt University..

The “Beech House” is the perfect home for family gatherings, reunions, couple’s weekends, business groups, concerts, sporting events, graduations and relaxation.
Enjoy the designer finishes while relaxing on the screened-in porch, or move up to the rooftop deck in this spacious and comfortable home. Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen with seating for eight at the dining room table and four at the large kitchen island. You ‘ll also find a nice gas grill next to the adjoining screened porch and courtyard

This was the best VRBO house I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the house was immaculate, the beds were dreamy and the kitchen is large and designed for a gathering. We will definitely stay here next time we go to Nashville. It was also well located with free on street parking. The third floor has a great covered porch with a fireplace. Perfect for an afternoon nap!

WOW! This is the nicest and most comfortable VRBO we have ever stayed in. The 3 story townhome has lovely gathering spaces to sit and chat with family, in the screen porch, in the top-floor, fireplace balcony, and in the great room. The location is so convenient, and the hosts are very accommodating. If you are going to Nashville, this is the best place to stay.

Honestly, this house is so nice we didn't get to do everything we had planned because we enjoyed the house so much. The house is beautiful and exceptionally well appointed. The porches were such a delight. We found ourselves lingering way too long in the morning getting late starts which we didn't mind at all. We definitely want to come back. And the host was most gracious and helpful.

Large beautiful townhouse with comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and they were a variety of spaces where we could have a meal, including a rooftop deck. Jeff was a wonderful host and answered all our questions promptly. He even came by one morning to fix a small issue we had in the kitchen.
