Perfectly located to Belmont. It was charming and every detail you could think of was taken care of. Clean comfortable and darling from the front porch to the back. Hope to stay there again.

Great location within walking distance to 12S! All Ubers to Broadway or Gulch were under 15. Bungalow was very clean - well equipped kitchen. Backyard had a nice fire pit we enjoyed. We would definitely rebook the place!

We had a slight hiccup with check in ; however, it was rectified appropriately. I otherwise would have given more stars. The property is a lovely older bungalow home in a great location to 12 South. You can walk to wonderful restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops. The home is equipped with everything you need and labeled nicely. The beds were very comfortable as well. Great property!

We loved our stay! The house was very spacious, spotless, and close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. It was super easy to check in, beautifully decorated, and had such a cute vibe. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again!

This home is perfectly situated next to Belmont campus. We walked to see our son perform and he was able to walk to his dorm easily. We loved the front and back porch! We even used the front porch during the rain. Kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfy and home is well kept. The only hiccup we had was trying to unlock the front door like ours at home. You can’t touch the screen to light it up bc that presses a number. We learned to use our phone flashlight and only press the code. At home we press the code and then the check mark. Once we retrained ourselves, it was a breeze. We home to stay here again!

The location was ideal. We were able to be anywhere in 15 minutes and we could walk to Belmont. The house had every single thing you might need. So much attention to details. The back yard was so quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home for a girl's trip, celebrating 30 years of friendship! It's a charming home, in a great location. We were able to walk to 12 South and a show. It was well stocked and a lovely bottle of wine and fresh flowers were a nice welcoming touch.My only flag is communication. The initial and check-in messages were good, but I received no reply to several inquiries regarding restaurants (the house book was chock full of suggestions but I had asked a few weeks prior), check-in/house access timeline and late check out option (we would have paid). My Vrbo message, texts and email were never responded to. Thinking this may have been an off incident since other reviews stated excellent communication & didn't impact our overall trip.

Adorable House with Great Location

Met up with family from accross the county to have a long weekend in Nashville. We had a great weekend in a great house. The front porch !!! Also the house was just so well set up and stocked- perfect!

We loved this pet friendly home for our Belmont move in weekend stay! We loved being able to bring our dogs and walk them in the beautiful surrounding neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the location was safe and quiet and so close to everything! And we could walk to the Fisher Center to see Dolly! the Musical, which was spectacular! Lovely stay in a warm, clean comfortable and beautifully appointed home!

This is a near-perfect home. So well stocked. We even found scotch tape to wrap a present for a birthday party we attended. There was regular salt and even sea salt! Bed was ridiculously comfortable - we slept so well. Just when you needed something, you realized it was there. For instance, one night it was particularly cold in Nashville, and that’s when we noticed the blanked on the foot of the bed! Just right.

Fantastic Stay - Highly Recommend

Five of us met in 12 South for an annual girls trip. The house was excellent and the location was so much fun. House was stylish, clean and roomy. Beds were very comfortable. Short walking distance to 12 South. We will be back. Highly recommend this home. It was well stocked with toiletries, coffee and all the other sundries.

Perfect Off-Broadway

We hoped to avoid the tourist vibe and noise of downtown but be close enough to take the plunge on our own terms. This location was perfect and the house and host were just what you’d want. Nice home comfort touches and a well appointed kitchen. Everything we needed. Obviously a host who knows how to provision and make guests feel at home.

True Southern Hospitality

We had a great time time in Ashwood Bungalow. Kristi was quick to answer any questions we have have had prior to arrival and through out our stay. She has a beautiful home, comfortable beds, fresh flowers all through the house , a bottle of wine waiting for us as well as fresh fruit and snacks. Everything was exactly as discribed. Nice neighborhood within a ten minute ride to down town.

Charming Bungalow

This bungalow is perfect for a Nashville getaway. It's tastefully decorated and much care is given to make sure guests have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Also, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. A good night's sleep is easy here as the beds are super comfy and everyone loved the robes provided along with all the other small added touches -- a bottle of wine, snacks, fresh flowers -- all waiting for us upon arrival. This quaint "home-away-from-home" is located close to great shopping on 12th street, 21st street, and is just a few minutes ride to downtown Nashville. It's a great choice for a getaway!

We absolutely enjoyed this stay. The house is so beautiful and had very thoughtful touches including a book that told you all about the house and peices in it. It was stocked with toiletries, kitchen supplies, coffee, candy, even had dog bowls and a beautiful touch was fresh flowers with a bottle of chardonnay. This host is very thoughtful. The home was clean and had homey, cozy vibes which made the whole family feel right at home! The location was great and close to lots of different shops/restaurants areas. It was perfect for our stay!
