In Boyne City. Directly on Lake Charlevoix! Walk out your door to beautiful lakefront. Swim off the dock. Play games in the yard. Enjoy beautiful evenings by the fire pit.

Hiking, biking, boating. Shopping, visiting wineries, relaxing. It all awaits!

Located 20 minutes from either Petoskey or Charlevoix. 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain. 5 minutes from Avalanche Mountain (sledding, skating, snowshoeing, hiking). 5 minutes from Young State Park (snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking). 5 minutes from town.

Fully renovated 3 bdm, 2.5 bath condo with frontage on Lake Charlevoix.

Grocery store (Family Fare) 1/4 mile away. More upscale markets in town.

One of two condos in the duplex. Unit comes fully stocked with all you'll need for your stay “up-north”.

Tastefully decorated, you will find ample sleeping with two queen beds, two full beds and 1 twin. Family room “nook” offers an additional queen size futon that can be used for sleeping.

Amenities include newly installed gas fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator as well as WiFi internet, flat screen TV, and full size washer and dryer. Parking for 2-3 vehicles.

Note: This is a 2 unit condominium building. We own and live in the west side unit. The east side unit is the rental. We care very much about respecting the privacy of our guests.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
