It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a large living room, a 3D TV video room, a billiard area, air conditioning. Outside, a heated swimming pool, a large covered terrace has a dining area, a barbecue, a plancha, deck chairs and sun loungers. Quiet, It is not unlikely to see young deer, pheasants or wild ducks walk on the property of 1.5 hectares.
