Why they chose this property

We've been coming to Colorado our entire lives, and were thrilled when we had the opportunity to become owners at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8. In our few short years of ownership, we have made countless unforgettable memories with our boys - both in the summertime and wintertime. Our time spent in Breckenridge is typically phone free, very active and full of card/board games. Ownership here has been one of the best decisions we've ever made, and we'd love to share the fun with you!

What makes this property unique

We love the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 because it is a hassle free ski vacation in the winter and a hikers paradise in the summer! With dedicated private ski lockers, we are steps away from the slopes. And after a few hours on the mountain, we can warm up in our residence while overlooking the skiers on the mountain. In the summer, we love to hike the ten mile range, which is right outside our door. We've seen moose, deer, fox and other wildlife on our hikes. It's truly refreshing. And when we'd like to go into town, we just hop on the gondola which is steps away and take advantage of the restaurants and shopping on Main Street. The best location and the best amenities hands down.
