We had a wonderful week for our family vacation. The house was clean, beautiful, well-stocked and convenient. The pool and recreation areas were amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay. Nice location. Pool heater was on apparently and caused a little algae in the pool but this was take care of promptly by management company.

Check in was easy. Very close to the beach, about a 4 minute walk. Lots of Doordash options. Roku at every tv. There is no elevator which means carrying 7 large bags up the stairs was a pain. The upstairs balcony door doesn't close all the way and the ladder to the roof is separating at the base from the soffit and it felt dangerous to go up and down it so we only used the roof once. The arcade room has no ac since it's in a garage so we couldn't last more than 10 minutes in there.

Family getaway

Lots of space in the house for two families. Kids really enjoyed the pool and games room. Convenient short walk to the beach. Overall a great stay.

Beach Get AWAY

House was awesome! Location was perfect! Beds were comfy! Pool was fantastic! Outdoor area was phenomenal! The kids enjoyed the slide and the putting green. Watch out for the Mosquitos! Great Vacation!

The best possible vacation

My friends and I stayed here for 5 days and had an amazing experience. The location was my favorite part about this house, we were a 5 minute drive to a large variety of convicene stores and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Andrea could not have been more helpful in making this trip a special one! The rooms and the pool were spotless when we arrived and a cleaning crew came twice during the week to keep it in great condition.

Positive Beach house review

Very nice property that is short walking distance to the ocean. Very nice pool but not much sun gets through the trees. Love the layout. Dishwasher didn’t work on the last day. B+

Great house!

This house was in a perfect location and had everything you could want and more. This is the first time our family flew to vacation instead of loading up all our beach stuff. The house provided all you could need. The kids wouldn’t even want to go to the beach and stay at the pool and backyard all day. Thanks so much!

Sons last vacation before Marines boot camp

Our middle son who is 19, ships off to Marines boot camp July 19th 2025. He wanted to come to Anna Maria which is his favorite place to enjoy one last trip before “having to be told what to do for the next 8 years” . We absolutely loved the house. It was more than what the listing said to be honest. Everything was beyond spotless. I am an extreme clean freak and everything was perfect. The pool, patio, and all the games were an absolute hit with our family. Walking distance to the beach couldn’t have been more perfect. This house seriously felt like home. We were so comfortable. While out one evening our son actually ran into some friends of ours from back home what we had bragged about Anna Maria to for years and they booked their summer trip down - it was fantastic- they hung out with us at the house and absolutely loved the house. Their kids loved the pool and how spacious the house was. The staff was friendly and so easy to get ahold off as well. We were beyond pleased with everything. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience and this opportunity to spend time with our son.

Bad Customer Service

Extended family vacation which was planned for more than a year. Had a great time being together. But, after checking out and starting to drive home I discovered that I left a small bag of jewelry in a dresser drawer. When I contacted the property manager I was told they would conduct an investigation. This consisted of asking the cleaning crew if they found anything but they would not ask the new guests. I believe that most people want to do the right thing but there are no directions in the handbook at the home informing you what to do if you find something left by previous guests. I never heard back from the property manager again even though I sent emails. Would not recommend renting properties managed by AMI Locals.

Great way to wrap up our girls National League soccer season!

I could not believe my luck when after searching for nearly a month for a home to fit our needs, this one came available on a Sunday night after concluding a 2 week Christmas/New Years vacation for the prior renter. I checked out the pictures, prior reviews and without hesitation, I booked it! Kiri was quick to respond to my reservation, and always responsive to my questions leading up to our arrival and once we arrived and were settled. The house was clean, the pool was warm and the slide was a huge hit with not only my 11 year old son, but with my teenage daughter and her soccer teammates that were staying with us (ages 17+). The beach is just a quick 5 minute walk and I enjoyed a couple of sunrises with my toes in the sand as well as one morning from the rooftop. When we weren't in the house, we were at the soccer fields so I cannot speak much to the surrounding area in terms of entertainment options and such but the house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The fact that each bedroom had its own dedicated full bath with glass enclosed shower was a huge plus given the girls all wanted to get cleaned up after a long morning/afternoon at the fields. The 11 of us that stayed had a great time and I could definitely see us coming again soon. Thanks, Kiri!

quick walk to the beach......like really!!!!

Amazing house, amazing property, with access to the trolly and access by walking to the beach. close enough for little kids to walk to the beach or there was golf cart parking right at the beach entrance we went to so that was perfect. would stay here again for sure! house had beach chairs, beach toys, beach cart. great place!!!

Lovely home in a great location.

Excellent location. Lovely common living area inside to relax. Nice big kitchen. Beautiful outdoor space. Family of 6 adults each had our own bedroom with baths which allowed for privacy. Only comment would be to bear in mind the 2 large flights of stairs. First flight of stairs to access main living area and second flight to access additional bedroom and bath. Overall, a very lovely home.

Fun house near the beach

Water slide, tiki hut, game room, outdoor putting green, outdoor tv and bar--what a fun place to stay! The views from all balconies to include the roof top deck were great. Family had a great time both out and about on beautiful Anna Maria Island and at home.

Excellent home for the beach!

Overall, the house is fantastic. Perfect location and perfect set up for a family. If I had to change just a few things it would be to notify guests of the fire hydrant in the middle of the driveway... it’s a hazard and super inconvenient. The landscaping around the pool really needs to be cut back. Leaves from the trees are constantly falling in the pool and there are dead palm fronds laying around. Other than that, we enjoyed every moment. Plenty of towels available in the house and it was surprising to see so much beach equipment!

we had a lovely time here on Anna Maria. The house was spacious and well-equipped, but could have been cleaner. The pool/spa is great for the kids, but the seating area was satisfactory. Lastly, the grill was old and dirty.

Beautiful house and location

The whole process was smooth, from booking to check out to our stay. The house was amazing. The pool and outdoor area was so fun. Short walk to the beach. You do have to cross a fairly busy road to get to the beach (that was our only con of the stay). We loved it and would stay again!

Family celebration!

We had a wonderful stay at Island Pearl on Holmes Beach. The family loved the property!! It was a short walk to the beach and when we weren’t at the beach, we enjoyed the beautiful pool at the house. I would highly recommend this house and we will probably be back next summer!!
