We had a wonderful time, lots of beach toys, pool toys and chairs we only needed to show up, the house was a great fit for our family! Very close to beach and short drive to restaurants!

We had 4 couples in our group and there was adequate room for everyone to spread out have their own space. The house is beautiful and very well maintained and decorated. Jim was very quick to respond to a couple of questions I had. The pool and patio were a great place to hang out as well. The beach and many restaurants were very close and easily walkable. The trolley was a great way to get to the northern part of the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Jim was fantastic answering any questions and concerns we had and communicated back right away!! The house is beautiful. The island's trolley service (free) is amazing to get you all over the island depending on what your wants and needs are. Close walk to the beach. Definitely recommend staying here! Do note, there a lot of stairs so if you have any health or handicap issues this would not be the property for you.

House is well stocked for a large group or family. Great location close to the beach and next to a trolley stop. One minor suggestion is to have a refrigerator in the lower garage area for easy beverage access around the pool.

The house was perfect for our family of 11.The pool was great and the little ones really enjoyed itThe house was really furnished with extras.Since we flew in we were pleasantly surprised to see all the beach and pool supplies. We would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

Beautiful property only 3 blocks from the beach. Wonderful area to hang out, eat, and shop. We were lucky to have beautiful weather all week. We would definitely visit again.

A perfect place for family time

We had a great trip to Anna Maria. The house accommodated our entire family of 12 and had everything we needed. Its very close to the beach as well as the Publix and great restaurants like the Sandbar, Ugly Grouper and Ginny and Janes. and The Feast. Ginny and Janes.

You will love this house! We had seven adults and four children with the youngest being two years old. The layout worked perfectly for any privacy anybody would want. The location is awesome. It literally took less than five minutes to walk down the road to the beach and it was a perfect part of the beach! The host was excellent in communicating. It was well worth heating the pool. The toys and bikes, and all the extras that you normally pay for and leave was so appreciated. There is literally nothing here that will disappoint.

House was on the main strip through town which made everything we wanted to do close. Rented golf carts and had the best time. Rooms are big and nice. House is very well maintained and had everything we needed. Communication was quick and Jim was very helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend

Great property!

We had a very enjoyable week at this property. The property is comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen items, beach comforts, and games. Jim was very responsive when questions / issues arose. The kids loved splashing around in the heated pool and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Amazing getaway home

The house was as advertised, and Jim was absolutely great when we needed to get ahold of him. Very easy walking distance to the beach. The trolly stop is right next door, great for getting around the island. Our family of 11 had a great time and never felt overcrowded in the home.
