Our south facing house is in the heart of a lush forest very appreciable in summer.
The main room with its American kitchen gives on the swimming pool by the bay windows.
The oaks allow to have shaded spaces.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the ground floor.
A shower room upstairs.
All linen is provided except towels for the pool and the beach.
The medieval village of Valbonne is 3 km away. There are many golf courses nearby.
You can go down to the river for walks.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war von Anfang an sehr herzlich, freundlich und unkompliziert.Das Haus ist gemütlich und gleichzeitig stilvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht – es hat an nichts gefehlt.Der schöne Swimmingpool mit bequemen Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders angenehm war der leichte Wind an den Liegen, sodass selbst Temperaturen um 37 C sehr gut auszuhalten waren. Die von Pflanzen überdachte Pergola spendet wohltuenden Schatten und ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Essen oder Verweilen.Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig. Direkt vor der Haustür beginnen wunderschöne Spazierwege entlang des Baches – ideal, um die Natur zu genießen.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!

Beautiful, relaxing & well-located place

We stayed here with our 3 grown-up children. The villa is as good as the photos suggest and was a very relaxing place to stay at: beautifully designed, well-located between Valbonne and Biot and close to the coast, but in peaceful, quite natural sourroundings. Collette and Serge were very welcoming on our arrival and quick to answer our questions during our stay. Thank you very much for a restful family holiday in our favourite part of France !

Une villa où il fait vraiment bon vivre !!! Merci merci à Colette et Serge pour leur acceuil et félicitations pour leur maison que l’on aimerait tellement posséder ;) Les enfants souhaitent tant y revenir l’année prochaine... nous également... alors à bientôt ...
