We had a great stay in the house. It was clean and super convenient to the beach and restaurants. The concierge service was very responsive and set up all of our excursions. Loved it.

Great vacation home

We loved staying at Casa Arena y Mar. The house is beautiful and spacious, also very clean. We also really enjoyed the pool.

Beautiful Home! Excellent Lay out! Clean. Fabulous location. Close to beach and close to Bodhi Tree. This was a perfect home for me and my family to vacation on while visiting Nosara. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here!

Enjoyed our stay in Nosara

The house is beautiful. It's very well designed and built. Our two kids each had their own room upstairs and were very comfortable. My favorite feature is the outdoor shower attached to the downstairs bedroom. We spent most of our time at safari surf school right down the road so this house was very convenient.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this VRBO in Nosara—truly one of the best vacation homes we’ve experienced. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s just minutes from town and the beach, and within easy reach of everything you’d want—amazing yoga studios, surf schools, great coffee spots, and some of the best restaurants in the area. We loved how convenient everything felt while still enjoying a peaceful, private setting.The house itself was just as impressive. The pool was a highlight—perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. We also made great use of the outdoor kitchen and dining area, which made meals feel like part of the experience rather than just a necessity. The open-air design with large doors that let the outside in created such a relaxing, tropical vibe.Everything was well thought out, including a really nice laundry setup that made longer stays easy and comfortable. On top of that, the excursion recommendations were spot on—we tried several and loved every one of them.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located—we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nosara.

Perfect house for Playa Guiones/Nosara

This house is absolutely perfect! Extremely clean. Great style. Loved the outdoor yoga area (with yoga mats on site), the outdoor shower, the pool area and the pool! The pool was refreshing and warm from the sun day and night, so fun! There is AC in the house, which makes for really nice sleep at night. The neighborhood is safe, but the house has walls around the yard, locks at every level and a security system - no worries about safety. The landscaping around the house is beautiful. This is such a great location, easily walkable to the beach (you pass right by Aqua Tibia, a great surf shop to get lessons and rent surf boards) and easily walkable to multiple restaurants, a small shopping area and a fantastic small grocery store (with amazing poke bowls). The property managers were very responsive, met us on site at check in - 5 stars all around! There was nothing negative about Casa Arena y Mar. We will stay here again!!!!

Security gave you a 4 rating otherwise it was a 5.Everything was great.Mangaement was amazing.My only complaint is that, I paid for security every day and security was always leaving 2 hours early.We hired security from 5 to 9pm and they would be gone at 7pm.
