This beautifully renovated 3+2 Pool/Spa mid-century modern home boasts a great location and phenomenal San Jacinto mountain views on a large privately gated lot in a quiet neighborhood.

Thoughtful, but not fussy, this 1960s desert getaway offers a mix of traditional mid-century and bohemian modern finishes. Updates include handmade Zellige tile, premium fixtures and Japanese waffle towels in both bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with Wolf and Subzero appliances. Each bedroom has French doors opening to the yard, with comfortable furniture, premium linens and Contemporary Art features.

Enjoy outdoor living in a beautiful, private and secure yard, with pool, over-sized spa and commercial gas grill for outdoor dining. Colorful umbrellas, chaise lounges, and fluffy Turkish pool towels upgrade your tanning, swimming, napping, and reading experience. The outdoor layout includes plenty of seating, dining tables, and gaming options. Mature citrus trees bring grapefruits and limes to breakfast and poolside cocktails. Spend evenings around the gas-powered fire pit or stargaze into the night sky without a single wire obstructing your view.

GREAT LOCATION: Walk to various dining, entertainment and shopping options. The Margaritaville Resort, Toucans, Albertson's, Stater Brothers, 1501 Gastro Pub to name a few. Just a couple of minutes drive or a short Uber ride from downtown Palm Springs.

ENTERTAINMENT: The living room and bedrooms are equipped with Roku-enabled TVs, so bring your favorite viewing Apps. Puzzles, trivia and board games for relaxed family fun.

UTILITIES / POOL HEAT / HOME HEAT / AC:
A generous utilities allowance is built into the rates. It should be adequate for heating the pool to 86F and heating the home to 70F in cooler months, and cooling the home to 78F in warmer months keeping the doors closed when using heating or cooling. We reserve the right to withhold funds from the deposit should utilities usage be excessive.

Beautiful family house

This property is exactly as stated and more! The beds were comfortable, pool was clean and heated!! We had no issues at all getting in and out, felt safe and had great communication throughout our stay. My kids loved the cabinet full of board/card games as well as the corn hole board outside. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Palm Springs!

Loved it!

My family truly enjoyed staying at this vacation home. We loved the house, which was comfortable, had a great layout and a great connection to the beautifully landscaped yard with mature palm trees and other fragrant, flowering desert plants. When we weren't exploring Palm Spring we really enjoyed lounging by the pool and hot tub. The owner's good aesthetic sense was evident in the furniture choices and with the cool art collection hanging throughout the house. And, Garth, the property manager was incredibly helpful and had several delicious restaurant recommendations.

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation

This place was perfect for our 2 week stay in Palm Springs. The pool was amazing and the house is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything including hiking, downtown restaurants, and parks. The kitchen is really well stocked and has everything you would need. Communication with Garth was great as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Palm Springs at this modern mid-century home (or small resort as my kids call it)! Property is newly remodeled and the private pool plus hot tub spa was fantastic for spring break family trip! Great location near downtown Palm Springs plus walking distance to coffee and grocery store. Owners were very helpful and the house is set up great for short term stay with plenty of games, kitchen supplies, outdoor grill and even yoga mat for morning stretch by pool. Lovely place!

Perfect vacation spot

The house and property are absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms are super comfortable and have thoughtful amenities for guests. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything you might need. The pool is the perfect size and a great place to cool down in the desert heat. Location is perfect- two grocery stores nearby and not far from the airport or downtown. Garth, the Property Manager, is super helpful. We can't wait to stay here again.

Nice little getaway

The house was a perfect size for me and my son and our quick getaway. The pool was fantastic and it was a cozy property. It would have been helpful to have a guest guide available with recommended restaurants, activities, etc. Would also have been helpful to have a house manual with instructions for operating the television and systems, etc. That said, when I had a question about operating the BBQ, the house manager responded to my texts immediately and was very helpful in explaining.

Paradise in Palm Springs

My wife and I had a long President’s Day weekend at the property. The house was appointed very nicely and served our purposes well. However, the pool/sauna and outdoor space was like heaven. When we were out there, it felt as if we did not have a care in the world. I cannot tell you how relaxing the trip was. Garth was super-responsive throughout the check-in process and provided some great dining suggestions and things to do during our visit to Joshua Tree National Park. It was a wonderful trip. I would highly recommend the property.

Charming designer house

We had a great stay at this little gem and Garth was excellent with communication. The design of the house inside and outside is gorgeous (artwork and pillows galore) and the kitchen is unusually well-equipped. Pool/gardens in back were beautiful. To consider: The bathrooms are somewhat small and shelving in 2 of 3 bedrooms is very limited (and with awkward hanging shelves in closets at that). Just 2 of us (admittedly with a lot of stuff) expanded to use both bathrooms and space in 2 closets. But I would imagine that clothing storage space could easily become a challenge with 4-6 people. Overall a wonderful stay, particularly if you're a smaller group or just a couple.

This was not the comfortable and clean getaway we were hoping for. This property is well worn and in desperate need of a deep clean. Given Covid-19 the property owner needs to take better care to adequately clean this property. The kitchen is nicely remodeled but that's about the only positive thing I can say. I spent three hours cleaning up this house, wiping walls, surfaces, removing dust, cleaning showers, and tubs, and then disinfecting everything. Even then I didn't feel comfortable. We arrived at a home that had been superficially cleaned. I contacted the owner about the lack of cleanliness and he replied that everyone else complements the cleaners. I just don't see how this is remotely possible. Also, he did not offer to remedy the situation in any way. Here is a breakdown of the state of the house- *There was a significant amount of dust on the floorboards, on the outlet covers, settled into the texture of the walls. *The walls had a mystery substance splattered on them in the living room and kitchen (easily removed with a wipe) * The doors were filthy where many hands have opened and closed them over time. *The shower curtain in the hall bathroom was stained in multiple places and had visible chunks of something dark stuck to it. The shower in that bathroom had a 4-inch long line of shampoo stuck to the tiles (again, removed very easily). *The bathroom drawers were filled with MOUSE DROPPINGS and personal belongings (hair extensions, makeup), The towels had stains and pubic hair stuck to them, *The kitchen had fingerprints on the doors, and food stuck to the handle of the refrigerator. * In the middle bedroom, there are several DEAD ROACHES under the bed. The master bedroom had dead bugs next to the slider door ( if the floors were vacuumed they would not have been there). *The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the sheets were worn and stained. *The cushions on the couch do not have removable covers and I am guessing have never been cleaned. The couch itself was very itchy and the rug had sections that were crunchy. Overall the house is very dirty, worn, and cluttered. There are so many other places to stay in Palm Springs that I cannot under any circumstances recommend this property, especially given how important cleanliness is during this time of coronavirus.

Do not rent to this lady. She is crazy. My cleaners are legendary. Just look at the other reviews. People rave about how clean it is. I was there while they were cleaning.

Wonderful!

Our stay was here was more than we could have dreamed. My spouse and I stayed a week for our anniversary and it was perfect. The property itself is beautifully appointed and the outdoor area is the most relaxing and wonderfully maintained space. The location was perfect for our needs as well. Garth was incredibly welcoming and was quick to reply when needed. Of all the properties we've stayed in over the years, this is by far our favorite and we look forward to returning for our anniversary next year.

Perfect stay

The place is perfect! The location is amazing and the scenario is beautiful. The house was clean and had everything we needed (even things we didn't know we needed such as games). We cooked and grilled huge meals every night, watched movies, hung out in the heated pool daily, and slept peacefully. Thank you for the great stay!

Perfectly Relaxing

My sister and I stayed here for just under a week and had the loveliest time. Check in process was a breeze and Garth was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He was extremely accommodating by being flexible with check in and check out times which honestly made all the difference to us. The house was very well stocked super comfortable and very pretty. Honeymoon oasis

We stayed at Vista Norte for our “mini-moon” and it was perfect. The house was clean and had all of the amenities we needed, and more! We spent the days playing cornhole and relaxing in the pool. Our dog enjoyed the outdoors in the morning and evening, but opted for the AC during the day (it was August in the desert, after all). Garth was very communicative, responsive, and kind.

Beautiful desert getaway

The house is located very close to the downtown area (5 minute drive) and the grocery store (2 minute drive). It was extremely clean and tidy and decorated beautifully. We had more than enough space for our 4 guests. The outdoor area was what won us over the most. The pool is where we spent most of our trip, along with the outdoor dining area. There were plenty of outdoor games - corn hole, Bocce ball, and Backgammon, water guns, and pool floats. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful too. The property manager was easy to communicate with (via text) about the check-in process and throughout the week if we had questions for him. Definitely recommend this property!

Great outdoor Space!

We had a great time at this small property, relaxing and enjoying the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Garth was very responsive and helped quickly when the pool heater broke down. He had it back up and running better than before by the end of the day.
