Le logement est plutôt très fonctionnel. Néanmoins la propreté du logement laissait à désirer. Sur l'annonce, il est noté qu'il y a un lave-vaisselle alors qu'il n'y en a pas. Il manque certains ustensiles de cuisine (spatule, cuillère en bois). Et il serait bien de préciser qu'il n'y a pas de place de parking et qu'il faut se garer à l'extérieur de la résidence (il existe un parking gratuit à 5 minutes de marche). Nous avons quand même passer une très bonne semaine de vacances avec la piscine qui est très appréciable

Destination soleil

A notre arrivée on contact Jérôme qui est encore occupé avec les locataires précédents... nous avons reçu la clé en moins de 2min.(dans le couloir) Nous découvrons seul la location c est parfait que faut il de plus?? La climatisation peux être mais le ventilation fait déjà du bien . Nous étions 3( 1 couple et ma maman) semaine au top vraiment génial. Dommage que ya que 1 badges pour la barrière car du coup on devait à chaque fois ce contacter pour rentré ou sortir. Ps:n'ayez craintes de petit lézard ce balade à l extérieur il ne sont pas méchant (il auront mm peur de vous) Sinon parfait petit conseil prévoyez de l anti moustiques tropical pour moustiques tigre. Nous retournerons très vite au cap agde...

Die Unterkunft ist ok. Leider keine Klimaanlage im Apartment vorhanden. Ansonsten OK. Die Lage ist super. Der Strand und Restaurants sind alle um die Ecke.

passable Ă  correct

Coin cuisine réduit et équipement un peu anarchique, manquent quelques ustensiles de base importants pour cuisiner, maniques, couteau office, planche à découper.. La propreté générale était correcte mais les sols laissaient franchement à désirer et l'alèse du lit de la chambre était douteuse. Dans la salle à manger, une prise électrique double était sortie de son logement mural, pendait avec fils apparents, et présentait une large tâche de carbone attestant d'étincelles. De même, une multiprise raccordée au micro-onde a généré des étincelles internes. Nous l'avons débranchée aussitôt. La cuvette des toilettes, installée curieusement en diagonale, présentait une lunette branlante, fuyant sous le séant. A part cela, tout était très correct, le cadre est agréable, la plage toute proche très belle, les tennis sont en bon état et apportent un vrai plus. Mention défavorable pour le concierge de la résidence, qui présentait des signes évidents d'ébriété à notre arrivée (un peu en dehors de ses horaires, à sa décharge), et qui a eu toute les peines du monde à assurer notre accueil. Passons. Dans l'ensemble une prestation tout juste correcte, qui pourrait devenir excellente avec quelques ajustements.

Bof bof

Le seul plus de cet appartement est sa situation à 200m de la plage. Sinon l'appartement est vraiment vétuste et la propreté laisse à désirer
