Apartment for 2 to 6 people. Rental in residence with family and quiet character (sector Richelieu - Rochelongue)
Our announcement is also available on the site of the good corner at a more competitive price.
Family-only rental, not available for groups with an average age of less than 25 years old.

The schedule of the reservations is up to date on the calendar of the web site: thank you to consult the availabilities.

Week-end rental (out of season): arrivals between 16h and 18h / departures at 10h30 = 110 € (2 nights) / 150 € (3 nights) / 180 € (4 nights)

Description:
T3 of 30 m² with terrace on the ground floor in a residence with swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-seven) and private parking space.
Quiet residence located in the heart of the resort (tranquility and animations to hand and no need for the car! beach Richelieu center 200m, Aqualand 2 min walk, shops and restaurants a few meters, and less than ¼ hour walk ... the island of recreation and the port)

Entirely renovated, it consists of:
- a bedroom with a double bed 140
- a 2nd bedroom cabin with a bunk bed of 2 places 140 (bottom) + 1 place 90 (top)
- a bathroom with shower (70x70) and toilet
- a living room with BZ 2 places, open on a kitchenette
You also have:
- a 10m² terrace with garden table and chairs
- a private parking space and numbered

Main equipment: flat screen TV, washing machine, ceramic hob 2 burners, multifunction oven, fridge-freezer, coffee / tea maker / toaster, iron and ironing board, barbecue and electric griddle.
For your comfort we put at your disposal: 1 travel hairdryer, 1 lounger, 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and for children: beach games (bucket, shovels etc ...), 1 small tent decathlon for the beach, 1 cot for baby, and 1 stroller cane.

Arrival / departure details:
Rentals are from Saturday from 16:00 to the following Saturday at 10:30. Rental agreement with 30% deposit by check and payment of the balance upon delivery of the keys.
Deposit required 550 €. (2 checks one of 500 € for the apartment and the other of 50 € for the household - not cashed).

Non smoking apartment, pets not allowed.

Tolle Lage

Sehr schön gelegen, sehr nah am Strand, toller Pool. Bäcker der auch sehr leckere Pizza macht ist in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen...genauso wie ein paar andere Geschäfte die unmittelbar am Strand angrenzen. Für 4 Personen ist diese Wohnung für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt ausreichend groß. Super war auch dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war. Im Waschsalon nebenan kann man wenn es mal schneller gehen muss die Handtücher für 1 Euro/10 min im Trockner trocknen.

Top-Lage, allerdings heiss im Sommer

Das Appartement hat eine Top-Lage, sehr nahe am Strand und dem Wasserpark. Der Ausgangspunkt ist ideal für Familien, alles wichtige in Agde ist in Gehdistanz. Das Appartment ist allerdings recht warm, es hat keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur Luftventilatoren, und da es Parterre ist, kann man nachts auch das Fenster nicht gut ganz offen lassen wegen Tieren etc.. Mit einer Air Condition wäre das Appartment empfehlenswert, wenn man vor allem eine zweckmässige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht - ohne diese eher nicht. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist sehr eng, nicht geeignet für SUV oder andere grosse Autos. Zum Glück konnten wir innerhalb der Liegenschaft mit jmd. anders abtauschen.

Goede locatie

Goede locatie, proper, correct appartement. We zijn jammer genoeg de dag van aankomst terug vertrokken want het zwembad was gesloten door corona. Dit was niet vermeld op de communicatie op homeaway.nl. Homewaway en de eigenaar hebben dit finaal echter correct opgelost.
