Our perfect getaway...

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Everything went very smoothly. Most significantly, Janet was a pleasure to communicate with, and she helped to make our visit very special for us. The house is very clean and comfortable, the yard is perfect to relax in and enjoy the beautiful climate, and the community feels very safe and peaceful. All in all, it was as perfect of a stay as we could have hoped for. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Rent with ease!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home and Janet was so kind, responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. The home was very well equipped, and well maintained. The outdoor space was private, spacious and nice and sunny. The pool/spa was wonderful and Janet had floats available for our use. Great rental!

Paradise in the desert

This house was perfect, it had a private pool and a hot tub for those nights you just to soak. It is not too far from the Tennis Garden and shopping, though you still have to drive. If you're adventurous there are bicyces you could use, though there are not bike trails close by. The owner was very responsive to our requests.

The house is exactly like you see it. Clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Everything you would want when traveling. Communication with Janet was fast and helpful. We would book this house again on our next visit in the Greater Palm Springs area.

New years trip

No big concerns….house was clean and as pictured. Pool was clean and plenty of towels. This is an older community but everything is still well maintained. Very quiet and it was easy to communicated with owner. Only small to mid size cars will fit in short driveway and we were not able to park in garage due to a vehicle already there. Only complaint is shower head….water here is very hard and taking a shower was slow due to clogged head….easy fix to replace but it made for long showers. Nice private yard that seems to be one of the bigger yards in the community.

Nice house inIndio

Well maintained and clean property within secure community. Near Indian Wells where we were attending the tennis tournament. Everything worked and it was well stocked with everything one might need. Good size with pool and spa (you need to pay extra for the energy charges for the spa). Owner was very cooperative and communicated very promptly.

This house was perfect for the two of us. Beautifully renovated and a wonderful pool and spa. Janet was the best host. Always responsive and a really great person. I would highly recommend this property. I hope to come again and stay longer

We absolutely loved our stay. We booked this house for a festival and it was everything we wanted. It was within walking distance to the festival. The house was clean when we got there and the back yard worked perfectly for our needs. The host was very accommodating and worked with us to make sure our stay was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janet's place - it has been thoughtfully renovated and was perfect for our 6 night stay. The pool and spa and the yard with all of the palm trees and hedges made it feel like a private oasis. Janet was so easy to communicate with; highly recommend.

We have stayed at several VRBO’s, this one is now #1 on our list! The home was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Our host was very responsive and suggested some dining places that soon became our favorites too! Morning coffee on the patio was the best way to start the day!! We highly recommend this VRBO!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed the property very much. The house is as stated on VRBO, however is even better when you see it. The property is secure which is important to us, security and a very nice neighbourhood. Short distance by car to restaurants, groceries, hiking, trails and shopping. The yard is perfect, pool and spa were great although this time of year was a little cool for the pool even when heated. The spa was excellent. We will definitely go back.Thx Janet. R&S

Birthday trip!

We do a birthday trip for my wife to the Palm Springs area every year and we absolutely loved this house. This was our 5th trip out and this home may have been our favorite yet. It’s absolutely beautiful and the pool and backyard privacy are simply fantastic.
