Desert Serenity - Private Pool & Spa, King beds

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, this beautifully designed property features a newly built private pool and oversized spa, perfect for lounging and entertaining. Inside you'll find a pleasant and inviting living space, with a fully-equipped kitchen, and comfortable living room. Each of the bedrooms is tastefully decorated with cozy beds and plenty of storage space.

The home is laid out as follows:
- Master bedroom: 1 Cal King bed, daybed (twin or extendable to king size), 65" 4K Smart TV, two large closets
- Bedroom 2: 1 Cal King bed, 55" 4k Smart TV, closet
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, large closet
- An additional twin bed with foldable frame located in master bath closet

Our home is equipped with many modern and easy to use features to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Features such as:
- BRAND NEW Private pool and oversized spa
- Outdoor gas grill, fire pit, and stylish outdoor furniture under a covered patio
- Remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and Nutri-bullet blender
- Three 4k Smart TVs
- Keyless front door entry
- Free in-home washer and dryer
- Free WiFi
- Two car garage

There are tennis courts and a gym available in the community. A guest card is required and located in the tray at the front door entry. Please return them to the tray when not in use. It is $50 to replace lost cards.

Guests must enter and exit the community from the front gate located on Monroe St (48630 Monroe St, Indio, CA 92201). From there - you can use your navigation system to find the house.

There is no street parking allowed. Guests may park up to 4 cars on the property (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway).

Unfortunately, due to the high cost of natural gas, a charge is necessary to heat and use the hot tub and pool. Cost to heat only the spa is $30/day. Cost to heat the pool (spa included) is $80/day for the first night, then $30/day consecutive days after. Please let me know if you would like the pool warm when you arrive so I can pre-heat it for you. Guests will be responsible for turning the spa heater on and off. Maximum 87° for the pool. I do not build pool and spa heating into the nightly price due to guests who prefer not to heat the pool or spa.

Please place your used towels on the washing machine, you may leave your bed linens on the beds.
Please replace any outdoor furniture that was moved from their original location. The lawn chairs and umbrella stay behind the hot tub. Add the cover to the BBQ if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Cole is a great host and we were very comfortable in the house! Location is fantastic and great amenities with the pool, spa and fire pit. Some areas are a little worn down but I have a feeling the place rents often so just general wear and tear. Overall it was clean. Highly recommend!

Great Place!

Visiting for a wedding. Perfect location for us in a safe gated community. Pool and hotub were nice and much needed in the heat. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

The property was exactly as pictured. Very clean, very organized, great beds and bedding. The owner was very communicative, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay there again next time we're in Indio.

Great place in Palm Desert

The house is wonderful - exactly as pictured and perfect for our extended family. The location is ideal. We really enjoyed the pool and the outside area with patio and barbeque. The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything needed to cook meals. It is a very comfortable and lovely home. We had a little trouble with an appliance, and the host responded immediately and was very helpful.

Amazing place to relax.

We had 2 amazing days to relax poolside. House was beautiful, huge kitchen. Spa, was a big plus for us in the evening, allow 2hrs to warm up, if cooler in the evening. Simple process to heat the pool or spa Cole was great to work with, quick response to questions or any issues. Beds are pretty firm, but super clean. We like a softer bed. I highly recommend this home for a vacation getaway.

Great place for a relaxing vacation

We had a great time at this house! Cole was very friendly and responsive before our stay. All the information was well communicated and accurate. The house is extremely clean and has a great layout. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The pool and spa were amazing, great design! Heating the pool and spa was simple with the instructions provided. All in all, a wonderful and relaxing stay! Note: If you’re a golfer, it’s very quick and easy to play 9 or 18 holes here.

Wonderful House

First step into the house and you can smell how clean it is! Spotless and very nicely appointed. Super quiet neighborhood. Sitting on the patio was wonderful and the pool/hot tub was very relaxing as we watched the golfers go by. We had an issue with the heat but Cole fixed it promptly. Owner is easy to work with and always available. We are definitely going to come back here next year. Thank you Cole for a wonderful trip.
