This 348 m2 Breton and modern architect's house is ideal for holidays with family or friends or business seminars.

It is located in a privileged location extremely QUIET and QUIET near the SEA at Dossen in Santec in Brittany.

You can get away from it all by walking or cycling on the numerous coastal paths.

THE BEACH of Dossen, one of the largest and most beautiful in Finistère, is 1OOM from the villa.

The nautical club will allow you a good number of activities on the beach.(swimming, diving, surfing, sand yachting, windsurfing, kitsurf, and others ...)

The presence of shops (bars, crêperies, pubs, ice cream ...) at the water's edge, to ask you and appreciate the view of the sea as well as that of the island of Sieck.

Great property, excellent location, great weather

The property was in a great location. It was a bit tired in comparison to the website photographs. The only downsides were the lack of toilets (ensuites were shower rooms only) and the chemical balance of the pool needed adjustments as it caused rashes and tickly coughs. Other than that we had a brilliant time. Dossen beach was superb and it was close to all amenities. The wider area was superb with great restaurants and loads to do.

Villa très agréable à vivre

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa à 3mn à pied de la mer. La villa est très bien équipée, très bien décorée et le jardin est magnifique. Il y a possibilité de faire du char à voile à proximité. Morgane, la propriétaire, est très accueillante et arrangeante sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Tolle Ferienvilla, Breiter Sandstrand nicht weit

Kein typisches Ferienhaus sondern eine innen offen gestaltete Villa. Küche , Ess- und Wohnbereich sowie der Indoorpool befinden sich in einem großen luftigen sowie hellen (viele Fenster) Raum. Der Garten ist groß und schön gestaltet. Ich vergebe 90 von 100 Punkten. Es war fast alles sehr gut. Meiner Meinung sind 2 Toiletten im Erdgeschoss und eine im Obergeschoss zu wenig. Fazit: Schöner Urlaub in der Bretagne in einer tollen Villa.

La villa est sublime, encore plus que sur les photos ! Nous avons passé un excellent bon séjour. Seul bémol, les coûts additionnels qui peuvent être très élevés au regard du prix général de la location (ex: heure supplémentaire pour départ plus tardif, draps/serviettes, etc.).

Si SANTEC nous était conté

hébergement confortable , spacieux , dans un cadre apaisant piscine intérieure trés appréciée la plage de DOSSEN et l'ile de SIECK sont superbes , à proximité de la villa. ROSCOFF se visite de préférence à pied , après 20 minutes de vélos Super Marché à 10 minutes en voiture, très pratique, sans oublier les petits commerces locaux à Santec. En résumé, que du positif .... la Bretagne c'est magique !!!!!

Maison parfaite, beau design, grands espaces très lumineux, équipement très complet et haut de gamme, impeccablement tenue...autant d'atouts qui s'ajoutent à une situation vraiment exceptionnelle, en bord de mer sur un littoral très découpé dont les contours et les couleurs varient au fil des heures..."La villa du Sieck" est en outre située tout près des jolies villes de Roscoff et de Saint-Pol-de-Léon et constitue l'ancrage idéal pour partir à la découverte de cette région magnifique. A conseiller sans réserve aux grandes familles (petits et grands apprécieront la jolie piscine bien chauffée .

Pour nos premières vacances en Bretagne, nous avons été absolument comblés ! Le choix de la maison que nous avons loué pour deux semaines y est pour beaucoup: Emplacement idéal, vue magnifique, maison esthétique, très confortable, cuisine magnifiquement équipée et très bien organisée, où tout est pensé pour y passer de bonnes vacances. L'accueil du propriétaire a été très chaleureux et vous met immédiatement à l'aise, et ses conseils nous ont été très utiles durant nos vacances. Un séjour inoubliable, nous reviendrons!

La propriétaire prend le temps pour nous accueillir. La location est idéalement située, proche des plages et du GR. La maison est très bien équipée, décorée avec goût. Les lits sont faits à notre arrivée, la maison est très propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Un séjour merveilleux. Une région splendide que nous avons découvert. La côte et les plages exceptionnelles malgré la température de l'eau... Et la maison ? Vraiment ce qu'il y a de mieux, rien à reprocher. Tout est parfait. Très moderne, fonctionnelle, décorée et meublée avec gout, jusqu'à la terrasse. Cuisine très bien équipée ou rien ne manque. En prime, en cette saison, le confort de la cheminée. Une vue superbe sur la côte. Situation idéale dans un quartier très calme. La propriétaire très sympathique, accueillant, et prêt à vous rendre un service, en vous indiquant, par exemple, les bons restaurants du coin ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisirs.

Superbe maison d'architecte où tout est pensé pour s'y sentir comme chez soi, conforme à la description et aux photos, moderne, fonctionnelle jusque dans les moindres détails y compris dans la cuisine, décorée avec goût, literie confortable et impeccable. Il ne manque rien jusqu'aux horaires des marées et brochures sur les alentours ! A proximité immédiate du sentier côtier, des plages. Propriétaire accueillant, réactif, soucieux de faciliter notre séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

beau séjour

J'ai passé une super semaine en famille dans une région où il y a des tas de balades à faire et où les paysages sont magnifiques...et en plus on a eu le soleil! Les enfants se sont éclatés dans la piscine et la maison est immense pour qu'on puisse passer de bons moments ensemble tout en respectant l'intimité de chacun. C'était vraiment super et je recommande ce logement et cette région sans aucune hésitation!

Fantastique séjour dans la maison, à la mer accessible rapidement à pied en 1 mn ou à vélo. La grande cuisine et la salle à manger nous ont permis de nous retrouver autour de bons repas. La maison ouverte vers un extérieur bien entretenu et accueillant a plu à toute la famille. Et bien sur la piscine chauffée a contribuée à notre plaisir collectif et à la progression des petits en natation!! Tout le monde a pu pratiquer des activités sportives diverses à proximité : natation à la plage , surf au Dossen, vélo ou course à pied sur le sentier côtier.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique, soleil en prime, grâce à l'âme que Morgane a su créer grâce à sa déco et son aménagement de qualité. Tout est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce, rien ne manque et "il y a plein de placard" dans les chambre ( enfin du rangement disponible! ) Et la mer est à deux pas Merci pour l'accueil, on reviendra très vite.
