An exceptional location for this architect house, you are like on a liner with indoor pool, spa. Its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allow you to stay 8 people comfortably.
The view in the living room is just amazing, the show is magical, you live at the rhythm of the tides, the change of scenery is total.
The pool is heated to 30 °, even a little more for the chilly if necessary.
Equipment of very good quality with branded household appliances, filter coffee maker NESPRESSO, robot blender heater, robot rape, mixer, toaster, pyrolysis oven, induction hob, microwave oven.

Villa Mélanie has a truly spectacular location with ever changing views from three aspects. There was always something going on in the port. A fabulous location. Jacqueline was very helpful. We would come again.

Peace and quiet

Beautiful Villa. Peaceful, and the rhythm of the sea was calming and restoring. Jacqueline’s welcome, attention to detail and kindness was exceptional. A complete haven of relaxation. Thank you.

Un séjour enchanteur ! Sans aucun doute la plus belle maison que nous avons pu louer en Bretagne, parfaitement équipée (rien ne manque), piscine chauffée à 30 degrés et jacuzzi, et quelle vue!!!! Merci à Jacqueline pour son accueil, nous avons hâte d’y retourner!

Super villa avec une vue magnfique

Villa très bien située avec une vue a coupe le souffle a plus de 180° sur le port, l’Océan et les cotes environnantes. Maison très fonctionnelle, très bien entretenue et superbement bien décorée. Grande piscine couverte chauffée à 30° et jacuzzi à 38° comme indiqué dans l'annonce. De superbes balades a faire aux alentours (GR34). Bref, un magnifique séjours dans une superbe villa. Très belle villa dans un environnement parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec des amis, la villa est très belle et très bien située. Décoration soignée, belle piscine et jacuzzi, vue magnifique. La propriétaire est disponible et très sympathique.
