This magnificent private Villa is in short walking distance from city center of Albir and near Altea & Benidorm. Villa is beautiful, renovated and it is high standard and tastefully decorated with all the amenities. Many sunny terraces and patios facing different directions with amazing views to the Puig Campana, Sierra Gelada and Sierra Bernia, to the own attractive gardens and to private swimming pool.

This villa has spacious, stylish living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and stylish bath for room for 2 people, renovated, modern and well-equipped kitchen and utility room. A big front yard with private swimming pool.

There is also charming yard with private gardens – oleanders, hibiscus, bougainvillea's, citrus trees and many types of palm-trees, cactus, succulents and more.
One of the terraces has summer-kitchen with atmospheric barbecue and dining area where you can enjoy dinner and breathtaking beautiful sunset over the mountains and valleys of the area.

The Villa is fully equipped: Smart TV and international TV channels, internet, free Wi-Fi, blue-ray player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machines, fridge-freezer, air conditioning/heater in every room.

The villa's yard is beautiful and well maintained, fully fenced and very private. Private covered carport included.

The beach and Albir centrum are only 900 meters away within walking distance, and only 3 minutes’ drive by car offering wide range of services, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes. A few kilometers away is Benidorm and nearby a number of entertainment for the whole family such as water parks, zoos and adventure parks and major shopping centers. When we first came out to Albir and Alicante province we in first sight loved the area. Albir area still has unspoilt Spanish Costa appeal as well as modern holiday destination services and activities and shops and restaurants.

Why they chose this property

We found that this is the place that full fill all criteria of holiday and leisure destination with easy access, beautiful and safe area, excellent holiday activities, best climate in Europe all year long, close to the Sea and mountains. When we saw this Villa we fell in love in first sight. The Villa has a special atmosphere of joy and happiness.
