Unit C-201 within the Blind Pass Rental Program: A nature lovers dream! Enjoy our beautifully updated and meticulously maintained 2-bedroom, 2- bath condo with a screened in Lanai on Sanibel Island. We are just steps away to a private stretch of Bowman's Beach where the shells will be plentiful! The condo location is unique with a private path to Bowman's Beach and a footbridge over Clam Bayou. As you stroll to the beach be on the lookout for osprey, heron, and pelicans, as well as pinfish, crabs and live shells crawling in the Bayou. Be sure to plan a canoe or kayak trip throughout the Bayou and watch the wonders of nature unfold.
The one-floor, open layout consists of a great room with beautiful dining table and a screened in lanai with large table and a lounge sofa, a kitchen, dining area and living room with large flat screen TV and blue ray player — a sleeper sofa with queen size mattress and a ceiling fan. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, a large customized built-in storage wall unit with hanging space and tons of storage and a flat-screen TV; The master bath has been newly updated with a large walk-in shower and sit down seat. The spacious guest room contains a queen size bed and a twin day bed, a brand new flat screen TV with DVD player, a massive walk-in closet, and ceiling fan with the guest bath across the hall. The full bath has been updated to include a large walk-in shower and tiled floor. The kitchen has been updated with beautiful granite countertops, light flooring and a spacious seating area with barstools. The sizeable french door refrig. has an icemaker unit also includes washer/dryer, air conditioner. The condo has a new washer and separate dryer. We have free Wi-Fi and free calling within the continental US, books, games, puzzles, beach chairs, beach table, a two-wheeled beach cart, pool toys, tennis rackets, Frisbees, a pack-n-play (portable playpen), booster seat, inflatable beach raft. Enjoy the public BBQ gas grills. Blind Pass has a beautiful pool deck with plenty of lounge chairs and tables to relax by the large heated pool. This unit is a NON­smoking unit. No pets allowed. Bicycles are available to rent on a weekly basis with free delivery and free pick up. We also have a Rec. center within 3 miles for the family with a nominal fee with all kinds of indoor activities to keep you busy with weights, basketball and group exercises.
Free use of the condo's two tennis courts, Pickleball, and canoes & kayaks. Blind Pass is the northernmost condo complex on Sanibel with convenient proximity to Captiva Island. One designated parking space for the condo and ample additional convenient parking are available. Take your chair, drinks & snacks to the beach and just sit back and relax and enjoy the beautiful swaying palm trees, warm tropical breezes and lush tropical plantings that will remind you that you are vacationing in Sanibel Paradise!

The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. For further protection, a commercial anti-viral fogger is used in-between rentals, and to comply with CDC guidelines we have provided a Sanitizer and hand soap for your use while you stay. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.

Wished we could stay longer!

This is a great location-quiet, serene and the beach amazing. Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 pandemic our trip was cut short. The staff were very responsive and wonderful. The unit has everything you could need or want, is spacious and just lovely. We had a fabulous time.

Love this location on Sanibel

The condo complex for this unit is five miles from the commercial heart of Sanibel. If that strikes you as inconvenient, don't stay here. I love this location--kayaking on the bayou nearby, a short bike ride to Ding Darling, Bowman Beach next door.

Great place!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The condo was clean and full of amenities. Only issues were the beach umbrella was old and did not stay open so we bought a new one and donated it to the condo. The other was the washing machine was not working properly. We contacted the rental people and they had someone our that day to look at it. We were very happy with the value and would definitely stay on property again.

Great rental with all the conveniences of home….

Pleasant place and fairly quiet the way we like it. A major drawback a renter must consider is the distance (a walk) of the Gulf Beach from this rental. This is made even further difficult when transporting a bunch of beach stuff. It is quite a walk. The only other negative is cost. The owner needs to consider all the ancillary costs a renter must pay. Anyway a scheme to garner more revenue it appears to us…

Good Morning, happy to hear you had a nice time. Our prices are very competitive with the Island, we have not changed our rates in while. The guest pays the booking, linen and damage waiver. The owner pays for the cleaning fee. I see that you booked on Homeaway/Airbnb, they have their own fees associated with their business. For future if you call our office directly or book on our direct website you can save on their fees as well. Hope to see you in the future.
