We had a lovely stay at this property. It has been charmingly renovated and was spotlessly clean. Despite being a terraced house, it was quiet - in fact we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, listening to several different species of birds singing! We were travelling with a very much loved 1970’s car and although the parking was outside on the road, we felt it was safe and there was minimal traffic. The owners were lovely - very helpful, communicating promptly with us. The situation was very good as we could walk to the GR 34 coastal footpath from the house and enjoyed our walk to Binic. We would stay again for sure. Thank you to the owners……

Summer break

We loved the house and location. Local amenities were good. House was comfortable. Another sofa in the living area would have improved that area. Communication with the hosts Phillipe and Sophie were great. Would recommend this house to friends.

Beautifully renovated Fisherman’s House in ‘Etables sur Mer

My husband and I stayed at the Fisherman’s House for a week and only wish we had more time to spend there! The very kind owners Sophie et Philippe were superb hosts who met with us soon after our arrival to give us some details about the home, the town, and best sites to visit. They responded quickly via email or text when we had questions or needed a recommendation. We had problems with our car and Philippe, with his excellent French, helped us deal with the issue. They were wonderful. Their home was extremely clean, which is important to me, and light-filled from large windows with views to the very private and beautifully maintained front and pack gardens. It was also simply but beautifully furnished with a nice mix of antiques and modern pieces in their recent renovation. They refinished the ceilings, staircase, and floors so that the very old natural wood created such warmth. They had all the modern kitchen appliances, cookware, and some food to get started. We just unpacked and enjoyed! We visited the Rose Granite Coast (I have never seen a shore line like it!), visited beautiful towns of Paimpol, Lannion, Pontrieux, and Tre’guier. We wanted to see much, much more and there were so many beautiful villages and areas. We really are glad that we stayed in Etables sur Mer since it was a smaller and friendly town with a good location to see all the sites. We would love to return again in the future!

So gemütlich und besonders, ein altes Steinhaus mit hölzernen Decken und Treppen, gepflegt, auch der Garten und die Terrasse. Ortsmitte in 2 min zu Fuss. Bedarf des täglichen Lebens ist gut zu decken. Zudem 2 mal Markt pro Woche. Ruhig. Man kann mit offenem Fenster schlafen! Gastgeber sind nett und hilfsbereit. Tolle Tipps für den Urlaub erhalten. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. ( grillhähnchen am markt sofort kaufen oder vorbestellen )

Un endroit idéal où séjourner

C’est vraiment un chouette endroit où nous reviendrons avec plaisir : très joli petit jardin et terrasse super agréable, tout à côté de petits commerçants sympas et plein de bons produits pour faire le plein sans que cela ne devienne une expédition. Plages accessibles en vélo ou à pied ( ça grimpe un peu!) mais tout à fait faisable avec notre fille de deux ans. On reviendra !

Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cette maison très bien située dans le petit bourg d'Etables /mer , au calme ( commerces à proximité, marché etc.) Le logement est très confortable et convenait parfaitement à notre famille. Nous avons profité des plages avoisinantes et de belles promenades sur le GR34 ( chemin des douaniers) Accueil à l'arrivée et au départ très sympathique du propriétaire et de la personne s'occupant de la maison. Merci pour les gourmandises!

Perfect vakantiehuis voor gezin met kinderen

Heel mooi huisje met alle voorzieningen. Het is aangenaam vertoeven op het grote terras, zeker als de zon zich laat zien in de namiddag. Prima locatie: op wandelafstand is er een bakker, supermarktje, boekenwinkel, eetgelegenheden en strand. Perfect ook voor mooie wandelingen over de kliffen van Plouha en uitstapjes naar de kust van de roze graniet.

Schöne Zeit im kleinen Fischerort

Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit in dem kleinen Fischerhaus zu dritt (2 Erw. + 1 Kind), Die Nähe zum kleinen Zentrum, die Ruhe der Wohnlage sowie die guten Parkmöglichkeiten zeichnen dieses Objekt aus. Die funktionale Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen, Terrasse und Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Sehr nettes Eigentümerpaar, die immer mit einem guten Rat zur Seite stehen !!

Ruhige Tage im Fischerhaus

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstr. ganz nah am Ortskern.. Sobald man durch die Eingangstür geht ist man ganz für sich und entspannt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Zudem gibt es noch einen hübschen Garten mit Terrasse. Der Ort ist auf Urlauber eingestellt. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und in den Supermarkt braucht man ein Auto.

Belle maison de pêcheur !

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette agréable maison de pêcheur, très bien rénovée où il fait bon vivre... Le jardin, clos de murs, est propice au repos si le temps le permet :) Les propriétaires accueillent avec une petite surprise et Stéphanie est charmante. Tout est accessible à pieds, les commerces, les plages... donc ne pas hésiter !

Malgré une météo capricieuse nous avons pu profiter de la plage et des sites extraordinaires nombreux aux alentours de la location. Nous étions contents le soir de retrouver une maison accueillante et confortable.

beautiful place in a wonderful surrounding

This is truly a beautiful accomodation. Philippe and Sophie did a very good job restoring this little historic fisherman house. Even on rainy days you are able to enjoy the beautiful front yard and the garden in the back.

Maison très agréable, calme, près des plages et commerces

Tout était très bien , lits confortables, ,terrasse agréable, seulement la cuisine qui pourrait être un peu plus équipée (casseroles, poêles..)

Week-end en famille

Notre plus jeune fille est née le 2 janvier et nous partons tous les ans pour cette occasion en famille pour un long week-end. Philippe et sa femme ont eu la gentillesse de nous laisser louer leur logement malgré la situation sanitaire. Très bien situé dans le village ( ne pas manquer la librairie !) la côte est magnifique. Un vrai régal.

Très agréable maison très bien située

Cette jolie maison de pêcheur est très bien située à quelques minutes des commerces, conforme à la description. L’agencement des pièces est très bien et le jardin très agréable! Très bonne organisation à l’arrivée. Les ballades sur les plages d’Etables sont superbes.

Wunderschön renoviertes Fischerhäuschen mit Garten und Terrasse

Alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Bretagne-Urlaub braucht, guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge entlang der Côte d'Armor. Die sehr netten Vermieter sprechen auch englisch und deutsch.
