You will love the views from our windows as well as from the spacious balcony overlooking Lake Martin. Our condo will be your home away from home! Located so close to Auburn University for FOOTBALL GAMES and in the renowned Stillwaters Resort complex with a golf course, two pools, a park, walking paths, tennis courts, pickleball courts, restaurants and a marina, Stoneview Summit will be your favorite vacation or work from home place!
Be sure to rent a boat at the marina and enjoy the many restaurants on the water and attractions of Lake Martin. Walk down to your boat in our dedicated boat slip! You are always welcome to book direct and avoid all fees. We have a ring camera attached to our front door. We do not allow pets for the safety of guests who have allergies.

Amazing January Weekend!

Three of us ladies stayed to be close to help at a Christian retreat close by with two of our husbands joining us on Friday. The condo is cozy, spacious and amazing! The fireplaces were great, especially the balcony one. It was nice for everyone to have their own bathrooms attached to their bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and appliances, etc. (we have rented some that haven't had the bare essentials). It rained off and on the whole stay but we enjoyed walking around the complex when it wasn't raining. We had a lot of laughter, food and made great memories. Thank you!

Another Wonderful Visit

We have often rented this condo and will continue, as it is our favorite. Always very clean, beds confortable, beautiful decor, large balcony overlooking lake & bath for each bedroom. Host makes reservations and check in so easy & is readily available to answer questions. The best!

We are part of the Auburn Family and love tailgating for football weekends at Auburn University and then coming back to a relaxing time at Lake Martin! SUMMERS are simply the best at Lake Martin! Boating the lake, checking out the people jumping from the cliffs at Chimney Rock and Chicken Rock, seeing the free range goats on Goat Island, making a snack stop at Peanut Island and enjoying the many restaurants on the lake are just some of our favorite things to do.

Why they chose this property

Stoneview Summit is a resort within the resort. It is comprised of three buildings that face the water but our building has the best long range view of the water. Our building also overlooks a large green area that is criss crossed with sidewalks, perfect for walking and people watching. Our building is also the closest to the amazing pool that is exclusive to Stoneview Summit. This pool has a great rock water slide and tanning ledges and plenty of lounge chairs. It is also located next to the covered firepit pavilion. Stoneview Summit is within walking distance to the amazing Church of the Living Waters, an outside church under a pavilion directly on the water which offers Sunday service that you can drive your boat up to! We feel that this condo location on Lake Martin has everything we want to do, all just a stone's throw away!

What makes this property unique

We offer a dedicated office space with a printer, direct lighting, shelves and office chair, anything you need to work remotely. The office does have doors to close for privacy.
