We loved our stay. The property was clean and you can tell the host cares about your experience. The location is great. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, stores, and my daughter’s favorite, the ice cream shop. I will rent the property again-if for only one reason-the host. Thank you.

We had a relaxing stay at your condo. The screened in back patio was wonderful to use in the morning and evenings and the beach and juice/coffee shop were only a short 10 min walk away.

Amelia Landings is wonderful!

Summer Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again. While not on the beach it is an easy drive to Main Beach and public parking and is convenient to down town Fernandina.

This place was awesome! Perfect for me and my best friend to come get away from Dallas for a few days. Great location and walking distance to the beach access and some restaurants. Very clean first floor condo. I will definitely return back if this place is available again.

Great place!

This condo is a great place to vacation in! The listing is very accurate but I was more impressed in person, beautifully decorated, great amenities and super comfortable. It was our first time visiting this area and it was a big hit with the whole family. So glad we booked here, only wish we could have stayed longer!

This is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Being a first floor unit and close proximity to the beach , shopping and restaurants is just a bonus. Add in the community pool and accommodating host for a trifecta. I didn’t get a chance to go fishing in the pond out back but I could see the fish in there. All in all a great experience. Will definitely be going back!

Our second stay at Amelia Landings. Love it! Will probably be back next October.

Amelia Landings is the perfect spot for two retired school teachers wanting to spend all their time on the beach or at the pool. The complex is quiet, peaceful, and everything we could ask for. Wish we could stay longer than a week.
