Charming family house with garden in the heart of the classified district of Fécamp-Normandie. Space, light, calm and character to enjoy Fécamp, the beach, the Alabaster coast and its hinterland. 15 km from Etretat; a large garden and a sheltered courtyard before entering a living room of 40 m2. Upstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Ideally located; 5 minutes walk from the city center, the harbor shops and the train station; 10 minutes from the beach.

Ein wunderschönes, sauberes und gepflegte s Haus, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, moderne Küche und das im Herzen des mittelalterlichen Hafenstädtchens Fecamp. In fünf Minuten zu Fuß im Supermarkt, beim Bäcker, etc. Sehr ruhig gelegen, nicht einsehbarer kleiner Hof mit hübschen Gartenmöbeln und Grill, daneben eine große Wiese, alles gut eingewachsen und geschmackvoll bepflanzt. Superbequeme Betten, überhaupt sehr hübsche Schlafzimmer, schönes großes Bad, Gästewc im Erdgeschoss. Zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten am Hafen und am Strand.

Ein sehr schönes, super ausgestattetes Haus. Obwohl es fast mitten in der Stadt liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Die Terrasse hinterm Haus und der seitliche Garten mit Rasenfläche lädt auch zum Verweilen draußen und Grillen ein. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten beim nächsten Supermarkt, in 15 Minuten beim besten Bäcker oder im Zentrum/am Hafen von Fecamp (mit dem Fahrrad natürlich noch schneller...). Der Empfang war prima und unkompliziert; Karine ist sehr nett (wir haben auf Französisch kommuniziert). Alles sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer in direkter Nähe gefunden; das war vielleicht so einfach, weil Schulferien waren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Séjour très agréable. Maison ancienne, confortement meublée, parfois à l'ancienne, mais bien bien équipée, bien agencée, propre, spacieuse, et située au calme. Dotée d'une petite terrasse attenante très appréciée. La maison est bien située, proche du centre ville et des commerces. Facilités pour aller à la plage, au port, au centre-ville où Fécamp dispose d'un magnifique patrimoine. Et propose de nombreuses activités et restaurants de qualité. Nous étions 4 et avons notamment apprécié la mini-croisière en voilier (vieux gréement) avec un autre aperçu, plus privilégié, des falaises d'Etretat (vues de la mer).Accueil très apprécié également de l'hôtesse Karine, agréable et disponible à l'enregistrement et au départ (de même avec le propriétaire lors d'échanges préalables).Nous recommandons vivement cette location, qui a grandement contribué à passer un excellent séjour sur la côte d'Albâtre.

Sehr schönes Stadthaus

Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Urlaub mit unseren Kindern gebraucht haben.Der Weg zum Strand oder das Einkaufen war auch ohne Auto kein Problem. Die Gegend haben allerdings überwiegend mit dem Auto erkundet... hier gab es viel zu entdecken.

War für uns ideal geeignet

Das Ferienhaus hat einen ganz tollen Charme. Der Check In war absolut problemlos und sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Es gibt sogar noch eine zweite Toilette, die im Inserat gar nicht stand, perfekt bei 6 Personen. Die Lage des Ferienhaus ist etwa 5 bis 10min zur Fußgängerzone und etwa 20 bis 25min zum Strand, alles problemlos auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch fußläufig. Standort und Wohnung war perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Fécamp ist auch ein wirklich nettes Städtchen und liegt ziemlich zentral zwischen den großen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Alabasterküste.

Urlaub in Fecamp

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in privater Atmosphäre. Der Blick aus der Wohnung war zwar nichts besonderes , aber man ist in ca. 10 Gehminuten im Zentrum und 15 am Strand. Die Wohnung hat privaten Charakter, ist ruhig und im Ganzen bequem. Der Check in und out war unkompliziert und freundlich, leider nur auf Französisch möglich. Vorherige Verständigung mit dem Vermieter funktionierte auch auf Englisch.

Schönes Apartment mit ausreichend Platz in guter Lage

Apartment wie beschreiben, sauber und in guter Lage. Zu Fuß zum Strand ist durchaus möglich. Der Garten war ein großes Plus für die Kinder. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Belle maison idéalement située

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Fécamp. La maison est propre, bien équipée et idéalement située. Le grand jardin et la proximité des plages et des commerces ont fait le bonheur de toute la famille. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Karine. Merci!

Wunderbar

Wir hatten zu viert einen sehr schönen Urlaub, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, der Garten insbesondere mit Kindern eine tolle Möglichkeit zur zusätzlichen Entspannung, alles super ordentlich, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Leider noch immer die große Baustelle direkt gegenüber, so dass es teilweise etwas laut würde ( woran man allerdings beim Reisen mit Kindern ohnehin gewöhnt ist ) ansonsten hätten wir auch für die Umgebung 5 Sterne gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft aber auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen!

Haus ist in Ordnung und Fecamp ist ein schöner Ferienort

Das Haus ist nett und war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 2km durch die Stadt. In der Nähe finden sich zwei Supermärkte und bis zur Kathedrale und der Fußgängerzone sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Hätte es nicht zwei Großbaustellen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, wäre es auch schön ruhig gewesen. Leider hatte uns der Vermieter im Vorfeld darüber nicht informiert. Das hat den Urlaub etwas getrübt, da wir tagsüber nicht auf der Terrasse sitzen konnten und die Fenster schließen mussten. Dabei hatten wir die zwei Wochen sehr schönes Wetter.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes désolés pour les dérangements dus aux travaux. Les travaux ne devaient commencer qu'au mois de septembre 2019. Nous ne mettrons la maison en location à nouveau que quand les travaux seront terminés.

Maison agréable, quartier bruyant

Une maison agréable à vivre, propre et fonctionnelle. Une terrasse agréable. Nous avons été plutôt déçus par la ville de Fécamp ainsi que par l'emplacement de la maison, située tout à côté d'un ancien hôpital en travaux. Nous aurions aimé que le propriétaire nous prévienne de ces bruyants travaux... (qui étaient déjà en cours quand nous avons loué la maison...)

Sehr schöne und lieb gewonnene Unterkunft

Nach zwei Wochen Urlaub ist es uns nicht leicht gefallen, die Koffer zu packen. Die Unterkunft ist ein wundervolles und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes älteres Haus. Bunte, warme Farben begrüßen den Gast schon beim Betreten. Die Bilder hier entsprechen den tatsächlichen Stand vor Ort. In Küche und Bad mangelt es an nichts, eine große Auswahl an französischer Lektüre und Comics ist im Haus vorhanden. Highlight der wundervolle Innenhof, der zum Verweilen einlädt und in dem wir mit unseren Kindern viel Zeit verbracht haben. Aber auch der große, helle kombinierte Wohn- und Essbereich ist einfach nur gemütlich und lässt den Aufenthalt bei schlechten Wetter nicht zur Katastrophe werden... Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage, nicht weit vom Ortskern, Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Hafen und Strand entfernt. Alles lässt sich auchsehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Fécamp selbst ist sehr gemütlich und nicht so überlaufen wie so manch anderer Küstenort in der Normandie. Es gab nur wenige kleine Probleme und Details die störten. Doch der Vermieter ist gut zu erreichen (kommuniziert auch in englisch) und um schnelle Abhilfe bemüht. Alles in allem also eine klare Empfehlung! Merci, Monsieur Dutheil!

Wir verbrachten eine sehr tolle Zeit in diesem Haus. Wir hatten alles vor Ort, um uns wohl zu fühlen. Die obere Etage mit den 3 Schlafzimmern und dem Bad waren gemütlich eingerichtet, der große Raum unten war mit Küche (sehr gut ausgestattet), Wohnzimmer und Essbereich perfekt aufgeteilt. Interessant fanden wir auch die vielen verschiedenen und harmonisierenden Farben an den Wänden. Da steckt viel Liebe im Detail. Der Hof und der Garten waren auch sehr praktisch. Ich saß sehr oft mit einem Kaffee in der Hand vor der Haustür und habe dort die Oktobersonne genossen. Das Haus ist in Fecamp gut gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe und zum Strand kamen wir auch gut zu Fuß hin. Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit in diesem superschönen Haus unsere Zeit verbringen zu können!

Une semaine agréable dans une très agréable maison

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette semaine à Fécamp. C'est une petite ville simple et fin août nous avons eu une semaine très calme avec un temps magnifique. La maison est vraiment charmante, bien agencée et dans une petite rue tranquille en cul-de-sac. Un peu loin de la plage pour y aller tout le temps à pied avec de jeunes enfants mais le parking n'était pas un problème donc pas de soucis pour s'y rendre en voiture. La petite terrasse attenante à la cuisine est idéale et quel plaisir que de petit-déjeuner dehors au son des cris de mouettes ou de s'y attarder le soir avec un petit verre de Bénédictine... ;-) Rien à redire! Si l'occasion se représente, nous reviendrons.
