Fish on Fall River right on the property! Fishing license required. The home includes WiFi, TV, and washer/dryer. Just ¼ mile to downtown Estes Park and a few miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. Exterior security cameras monitor the front door and driveway. We reserve the right to cancel reservations.

The house was beautiful and clean and the location was perfect! We loved being on the river and how you could hear the water from the deck. It was really nice to eat dinner on the deck where it was shaded at dinner time. Each bedroom had a king sized bed and it we loved that each one was on a different level!

We were greeted with a welcome basket that made us immediately feel at home. Beautiful home with comfortable furnishings, clean bathrooms and bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for making a meal or just a pot of coffee, outdoor dining and furniture to take in the inviting views. The hosts maintain the home inside and out making this a top property in this area.

This property was perfect for 3 couples. We really appreciated the 3 King size beds, which we all agreed were extremely comfortable. The hosts have gone out of their way to supply extra pillows, blankets, robes, towels, and paper goods. We didn’t have to buy anything when we got there, we just got to enjoy our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting next to the fire pit on the deck on the cool September evenings. A flock of turkeys paid us a visit one morning by the river, and we saw them a few times in the neighborhood. The management company was super easy to communicate with, and they responded quickly when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was beautiful. They have done a wonderful job remodeling it. Enjoyed lounging in the creek. Only disappointment was the hot tub was not clean when we got there. They did send someone to clean it, but it wasn’t ready until we left. I did enjoy the upstairs bathtub I the evening with the full moon. Overall a great place.

Amazing place! Not often you can say this . . . but better than the pictures. Everything was fabulous and amazing attention to detail. Has everything a guest would need and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Home was gorgeous, spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to prepare meals with all the cookware and utensils we could ever need. We woke up to the sounds of the river rushing by every morning and enjoyed the hot tub and the patio lights at night. Overall perfect stay!

This is a beautiful and well appointed home overlooking the Fall River. The owners have clearly gone to great lengths to make this rental a high end experience. The master suite is new and luxurious, and the other bedrooms are lovely. The hot tub and patio excellent. The location is perfect for easy access to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. My family truly enjoyed our stay. The dishwasher broke the first day of our 6 night stay and was not able to be repaired by the management company which was a significant inconvenience. Otherwise the management company communicated with us well, usually responding to our messages within a few hours.

Excellent property in Estes Park. Modern, clean and updated house. Sitting down by the river was definitely one of the many highlights. Flawless communication pertaining to check in and quick response to a question that surfaced during the stay. Highly recommend to anyone staying near Estes Park. Solid 10 out of 10!

An amazing house! Had an excellent NYE in Estes. Loved that there were some many robes and towels provided for the hottub. We used the grill for steaks. Everything was great, would stay again!

Absolutely loved spending Thanksgiving here with my kiddos. We had a blast! All the amenities to cook a big Thanksgiving dinner and work off the weight on the ping pong table! We will be back!

I am so glad we picked this place to stay. There were 5 of us ladies in our 40’s. The home was immaculate and had wine and chocolate waiting for us, which was just perfect after a long week! The hosts were so responsive and kind. There were deer each day and we did puzzles and enjoyed time in the hot tub. If you are looking for an awesome stay - I would highly recommend.
