Beautiful new home in a quiet neighborhood, adjacent to the Woodlands, that is centrally located to everything. This home is just two miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and two miles to downtown Estes Park. As you walk in, you can't help but notice the large spacious living area with twenty-foot wall of windows to enjoy the surrounding mountains. Step out onto the large deck to enjoy breathtaking views of Castle Mountain and rock cropings on this 1.3 acre property. Relax on the outdoor sectional or at the dining table with gas fire pit while you cook on the gas grill. Enjoy a restful night in one of the three large bedrooms with king beds on the main level and two bedrooms with bunk beds on the walkout level, that provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to twelve people. This home is better in person even than the pictures. Tons of wildlife right off the back patio. Hiking trailhead was close. RMNP was 3 miles away. Great location and the host was super responsive. This was a great place for our siblings family reunion!

Best house ever for family vacation

I can't say enough about this house. It was perfect for our family who was in Estes Park for my daughter's wedding at Black Canyon Inn. It had everything we needed and more. The house was spotless when we arrived and fully stocked with whatever we needed to make us feel at home. The rooms are perfect for several adults and children. The views are magnificent. The playroom was wonderful for our children and had so many toys and things for them to do. The hot tub was excellent. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, coffee filters and plenty of plates, silverware and glasses. The towels were plush and wonderful! All in all, we had a fabulous time and would love to come back for a future vacation.

Bell Colorado family vacation

The home is exactly as shown on VRBO. We all had a wonderful time. We did skiing, tubing and shopping. We got to see wild Turkey,s, deer in our yard. We saw Elk across the street. The home was stocked very goog. We would definitely come back

Really Nice

The House is excellent, and the facilities are great. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this vacation house to everyone. The only problem we encountered was the tv and remotes only work on volume, I could not change channels on the tv in the living room and the main bedroom remote and tv never worked. Other than that everything else was fantastic.

Mountain Trip

Wonderful property! This place had it all, it was spacious, close to town, the kitchen had all the items needed to prepare meals, and it was spotless. Checking in and out was VERY easy and they were so accommodating when we discovered I had forgotten my suitcase in the property after we left. This place is a 10 out of 10 and I can’t wait to stay with them again.

Beautiful retreat

The house was wonderful! It was clean, well stocked, and full of extra surprises. Not only were there more than enough toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies provided, but there were also a plethora of dishes, cookware, and utensils. A few appreciated surprises were a baby gate, strollers, pack and plays, a high chair, baby/children's toys, and a variety of sleds. The location is beautiful, there were animals to see out of the windows everyday!

Great Property and Location

We would highly recommend this house. The property is brand new and perfect gathering place for our family for the wedding. Location was terrific, walking distance to town, quiet neighborhood, and close to the wedding venue. It seems to be in the newer development of Estes Park towards the Northwest side of Estes Park. Really like that there were 3 king beds and the other rooms and beds. Beds were good. No one complained about the beds. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need. The settings for the oven is strange and hard to read so be sure to look at the house notebook about how to set the oven options. It was nice that they had plenty of dishes, glassware, and utensils. The basement was fantastic with the pool table and shuffle board. Plenty of parking for 5 cars which was the limit. We were not able to park in the garage because they had it full but weather was good so didn't matter. We didn't try the hot tub. We were able to get a hold of the management group when we had questions and they were very responsive. We were able to check in early which was great but there was some confusion in getting the text with the door code. The only negative maybe that if you stay downstairs it can be noisy with people walking around upstairs. One recommendation is to provide more kitchen dish towels as we hand washed a lot instead of putting stuff in the dishwasher. Towels were plenty and nice and thick.

Great Place for Family

Overall great experience! No issues communicating with host at any point prior to or during our trip. Great, large space for our family of adults in this beautiful home. So many visits from the wildlife during our stay too and a quick drive to RMNP.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was plenty big enough for all 11 adults to have their own space and enjoy each other’s company. The house was fitted with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as the bathrooms. We can’t wait to visit Estes Park again!
