Brad was a great host! He was detail-oriented and a great communicator. The location of the house was fantastic and truly convenient for walking to North Hills. The house was clean, and having 4 king beds was a much-appreciated, rare find! Would absolutely recommend this house and working with Brad as a host!

Convenient location and easy access. Lots of restaurants, shopping and movie theater within walking distance. Great communication with host. Property has several spaces in which to visit which was great. A few heads up for guests to consider if important to them: “hot tub” is a jacuzzi bath; pet may need to stay on leashes back yard fence is only 4’ chain link and has a gap in the corner that escape artists may find; and the beltline noise is pretty loud and constant but nothing hosts can do about that and it became a white noise. Overall good space for our gathering!

Excellent host, location and layout. Was perfect for our stay and the detailed directions were very helpful. We had family/friends staying at a local hotel for a wedding and this location and covered patio made for a perfect hosting location for gathering in small groups. Highly recommend.

Great location

This house is exactly as listed, was right in the heart of great shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We had a wonderful weekend exploring the area and one of the best things was we didn't have to get in the car, everything was within easy walking distance.

The location could not have been any better! North Chills is a quick walk directly across the street to all that Mid Town- North Hills has to offer ie Restaurants, Target, and entertainment. In addition, it’s just a quick drive to downtown/NC State. This home was well equip for a family of 5 adults. Upon arrival there was a mechanical issue however the host arrived for repair in minutes. We will keep North Chills top of list for future Raleigh stays.

Great Stay!

We stayed at North Chills while visiting our daughter at NC State. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It is super convenient being across from the shops and so many restaurants and coffee shops! My daughter loved the vending machine in the house, fun touch! The owner was easy to communicate with and super accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for a family and an awesome location!

Staying at North Chills was just what our family was looking for. We had plenty of space and plenty and a cozy environment to be together. The house was very clean, the host could not have been easier to work with and the location is exceptional. You literally walk across the street to North Hills. And you'll love the vending machine with complimentary snacks. This BnB was just perfect and we loved it. Hope to stay there again!
