Renovated 1880's Home. An updated historic cottage located between Manitou Springs & Old Colorado City, just a few blocks from the Garden of the Gods. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and local cultural arts. Conveniently located close to many outdoor attractions. The home has been fully outfitted with new furnishings, fresh paint & has a wonderful front porch for people watching & views of Pikes Peak. And backyard for relaxing or grilling out. Private parking at the back, grocery store, gym, restaurants are literally right across the street. If you're looking for convenience and relaxation, this is the place to be.
*Please note that there are exterior security cameras in the parking area and front & back areas* there is no washer & dryer, but the laundromat is very close across the road.

We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely home. The location was close to Manitou, Old Colorado City, and Garden of the Gods. It was walkable and quiet. Beds and sitting areas very very comfortable.

Great rental property! Clean and comfortable beds, great location, cozy house. While one bathroom for 3 bedrooms can be more difficult, the bathroom was spacious and well equipped so we were more than happy. Likewise, the kitchen was on the tiny side but more than well equipped enough to do the job. The only downside was a lack of a stove exhaust vent and a knife sharpener but both were not too problematic at all. The host was also very communicative and helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re interested in hiking around manitou springs or garden of the gods.

It definitely had that cozy cottage feel! The beds were comfortable, the master bedroom was spacious, and it was in a good location for all the places we wanted to go to visit.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was centrally located to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak etc! Liked that we could sit in both the front and back of the house. The only drawback is that the kitchen is small, only 1 person can be in there at a time.

This cottage was perfectly cozy for meeting up with our college kid for a weekend. It was a perfect blend of cozy space-indoors and out-but also ample bed space for everyone to get a good night's sleep. The snacks were a welcime treat after a long day of travel. Truly enjoyed my stay here. The garden out back is adorable. It was nice to sit outside and be comfortable. The kitchen is small but perfect for a couple of days stay. The location is perfect. This house is very close to Pike's Peak and Mannitou Incline so it was perfect for our hiking vacation. It's a sweet little house with character, lovely furnishings and a beautiful yard where we enjoyed eating breakfast. We had 4 adults in our group and it was a great size. It would be a little tight for 6 adults, and 2 would have to walk through another bedroom to get to their bedroom, but the third room would be a perfect room for children.

Sweet Little House

This house was just right for our visit to Colorado Springs. The front porch was a great spot for hanging out, and the back yard would have been as well if it hadn't been rainy. Everything was as nice as the descriptions and photos showed. I would gladly stay there again.

I met my brother for a reunion and it was perfect. Well supplied and absolutely adorable. Lots of great snacks and in the middle of Colorado Springs and Manitou - 5 minutes either way. . Easy to get to all the tourist attractions. A couple of little glitches but the Host was immediately responsive. Only drawback is a very small kitchen, but we were not planning on cooking anyway.
