Lake and Mountain Views - 2 Bedroom, 3/4 Bath

Just up the hill from Carillon Point, this lower level, private apartment is in a house in the high end neighborhood of Houghton in South Kirkland. It is one block from a 6 mile trail. You'll love the place with its quiet location and beautiful garden entrance. The apartment is 1200 square feet 2 bedroom, 3/4 bath with large living/dining space, plus a 200 sf private, covered patio space with beautiful views of Lake Washington, Olympic Mountains, and the Seattle skyline in the distance. It has a small, but cute and functional kitchenette with new compact appliances (no dishwasher, disposal). There is a strict quiet hours policy from 10pm - 6 am.

I have one dog that has zero access to the unit, but has free reign of the fenced backyard. He is occasionally active from 6:00 am, but quiet hours apply to them too. He will bark when I come home via the garage and when someone knocks on my front door, but downstairs guests are mostly ignored.

Everything is listing is accurate. If you want to be close to everything but be in a family house setting, this is the perfect place. Sunsets are amazing watch from the porch with also a view of a beautiful garden.

The stay was nothing less than amazing. The bedrooms were great and roomy, bathroom was great. We didn't use any kitchen appliances. There are a ton of board games and things for kids to do. Easy access in and out. The landscaping is AMAZING and... the view - I have never enjoyed coffee on a patio as much as I did on this one. Cannot ever forget the view. Definitely would stay again and recommend!

Nice stay in Kirkland

Great location in a quiet neighborhood in Kirkland. Easy to walk to waterfront, downtown, etc. Apartment is comfortable and would be an especially nice stay in warm weather as there is a large patio with lots of furniture facing the garden. The apartment is a bit cold and heat is controlled from upstairs so you cannot adjust it. There was one space heater, and we moved it around.
