This ground floor of 100 m2 overlooks a small private garden which overlooks a small valley which houses a golf course. Quiet but 10 minutes from the beach, this apartment is part of a small complex with common areas equipped with two swimming pools, a jacuzzi and a small children's playground. The apartment also has a garage.
45 minutes from Malaga Airport and Gibraltar and 15 minutes from Estepona, the place allows you to visit the Andalusian coast with confidence without living in the hustle and bustle of the Costa Del Sol. The apartment is ideal for a family with two young children or two couples or four friends who love golf and fresh air. A sofa bed increases the number of tenants to six.
