Located steps from Sunny Cove and other East Cliff beaches, this top floor ocean view rental features granite counter tops, espresso shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances and hardwood (laminate) flooring. The living room features a 50" LCD Smart TV with Xfinity's Double Play package in HD. We also provide high speed Xfinity WiFi Performance Pro internet.

The Master Bedroom includes a Queen size bed, 42" LCD Smart TV, oversized closet and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub.

We have a dining table for suited for 4 people, plus a granite peninsula that can seat additional people.

Short walk to the beach.

We liked our stay at the upstairs penthouse. It was a short walk to the dog beach. The morning view goes with your favorite coffee. We will come back next chance we get. If you're a party of two with a small pet. we definitely recommend.

The only positives of this stay were the location and parking. Being close to the beach was convenient, and parking was easy.Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the property were extremely disappointing. The stairs leading up to the building were dirty, gross, and smelled bad, creating a poor first impression before even entering the unit. Inside, several blinds were broken, bath towels and linens were stained, the bath mat was stained, and there was hair left on the bathtub walls upon arrival. To make matters worse, there was even a used fork left in the shelf area of the bed headboard, which raised serious concerns about how thoroughly the unit had actually been cleaned.For what we paid, this level of cleanliness and maintenance was unacceptable. The property felt neglected and poorly maintained. While the location was great, it did not make up for the condition of the rental

Our housekeeping team takes great pride in our high standards, which is why your comments are so surprising. Had you notified us during your stay about the blinds, linens, or the mystery of a stray fork in a headboard shelf, we would have sent someone to resolve it within minutes. Our laundry service thoroughly washes and sanitizes everything, so rarely do the freshly cleaned linens have a spot that the cleaning company missed, but we always keep extra new sets handy for a quick replace. As for the exterior stairs, being steps from the ocean means balancing fresh sea air with natural coastal elements, which happened to coincide with our gardener's scheduled organic fertilization that morning. We clean the entryways regularly to keep them fresh. We wish you the best in your future travels.

Great Beach House

This beach house is excellent. Short walking distance to the beach. The view is great. The bed is very comfortable. There is a full kitchen that make it easy to plan your own meals.Bit the best part of this unit is its owner and how they go out of their way to make sure you have a great time! Thank You!

My husband and I came to Santa Cruz to do the roughwater 1 mile swim. Your penthouse view was BETTER than the photo and was so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks!

The upstairs unit was nice with a great ocean view from the kitchen and the bedroom was comfortable. Unfortunately, Labor Day morning, loud construction started on the unit below at 7:45 a.m. and we had to leave sooner than we would have if not for the noise (our instructions were quiet hours were 9:00 pm to 9:00 a.m.)

Ocean view house

My son requested a beach vacation for his 5th birthday and this ocean view house was the perfect spot for us to stay just 10-12 minutes from the boardwalk. One bedroom and a pull out couch. Check in instructions were detailed and made the process very easy. Would stay here again

Perfect location!

My husband and I (with our two kids) really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views with just a small walk to the beach. We have stayed in this area many times with our extended family but loved being in a new location with just our kids. Unit was fully stocked with everything we needed. Only a couple minutes walk to a beautiful beach and Starbucks was about a 3 minute walk. Perfect for our family!
