Located within walking distance to all Waikiki has to offer.

Apartment has everything you need for your stay. All linens, Washer/Dryer, Refer, Kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee pot, tea kettle and even a rice cooker! Building is very clean and secure. Parking in the same building and secure with 24 hour security and WiFi are all included at no additional charge.

When you’re not out enjoying the beach you will enjoy the stunning views this unit has to offer, Ala Wai Canal, Golf course, Diamond Head and Ocean Views. The roof top deck includes pool, sauna, BBQ's, and plenty of room to relax.

Cal King Bed in master, 2 twins in second room. Both the Master and guest baths include shower in each. Sofa bed in living area can be used as a sleeper if needed.

A short walk to Waikiki beach, restaurants, Zoo, Aquarium and a 2 minute walk to the international market place where you will find more shops and entertainment.

Excellent accommodations. The building is a little outdated but overall it is a fantastic place to stay. So close to Waikiki beach etc!

Family vacation

I loved that they had beach toys and snorkels towels etc for us! Everything we needed for the beach!! We have two kids and it was perfect! Location was amazing! Definitely will be coming back!

Sweet Spot

What a great location with a ton of shops and restaurants so close. Security was top notch and we were not expecting that there was security on site. Great coffee shop right around the corner and also a fabulous sushi take out place. Love the roof top with great views and a pool and BBQ's.

Nicely remodeled unit. Beautiful sunrise view from Lanai, and 360 rooftop view at night is stunning. Richard was very responsive on check in, and smooth sailing the rest of the week here. We lived in Hawaii for 15 years so are back visiting often. This experience has been one of our best. Mahalo, Richard

Great location if you want to be in the middle of the Waikiki

This is our 2nd time staying here in 1 year. We love this place alot...the only thing i didn't like about it is the noise of the street level which is not the unit's fault. Eveything else about the location and unit is awesome. I am an early riser but my wife didn't like all the early morning garbage trucks, loud motorcycles in the middle of the night, etc waking her up. If it wasn't for these noise reasons i'd give this place 5 stars!

Comfy condo near everything in Waikiki

Condo just as pictured and very convenient to Waikiki (right across the street from the entrance to the International Marketplace). We were two couples but the one bedroom with twin beds wasn’t a huge issue. It was nice to have two full baths. When we arrived there was no toilet paper which I’m sure just was an oversight of the cleaning crew… lots of stores close by so we did a quick shopping trip! Having a parking spot was nice - and the fob to enter the deck/building worked well. The parking deck/space is very tight so rent a small car! A couple of chairs, beach towels and even snorkel equipment was in the condo. We loved the lanai for sitting outside and for watching the sunrise. The ACs worked great for us and communicating with owners was very easy.

Awesome!!

This was an awesome stay. We kind of got lost on our first couple of days trying to find the way in and out of the parking lot, but eventually mastered it. 😄. Majority of shops and eateries are walking distance which makes it a plus. Property owner Richard is very responsive if you need to reach him. Thank you!! Regarding the apartment, there’s 2 thing I have something to say about are: 1-the water pressure. It’s a little low and takes a long while to warm up the water temperature. It’s nothing major but if you want to take a shower or warm up the sinks, turn on the water in advance. 2-the AC in room 2 doesn’t cool the entire room as much, but it’s tolerable. Overall stay was fantastic. Will definitely come back!

Nice high-rise condo in convenient location

The unit was very clean and comfortable and accommodated our group of four adults very nicely. Lots of restaurants and beach within walking distance. Good public transportation.

Convenient and clean

Good location, but….

The location is excellent being close to Waikiki. The kitchen was poorly stocked with dishes and glassware. The toaster was broken. The AC in the second bedroom did not cool the room. Many of the wall plugs were not functional in that bedroom. We could not operate the dryer effectively as there are no manuals available. No dishwasher. Expected to put towels into washer when checking out but have not been provided detergent. Very limited water in the kitchen faucet. The pool area just reopened but no hot tub. There is evidence of water damage up there. The carpeting in the halls and elevators are very soiled. These seem trivial but they were annoying for a vacation stay in beautiful Honolulu.

Nice property in great location

Enjoyed the condo. In a great location that is within 3 or 4 blocks of Waikiki beach and all entertainment. Parking space for rental vehicle was huge! Had one issue with building but was out of owners control. Reached out to owner on a couple of occasions and very responsive.
