Studio fonctionnel

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit studio bien équipé et proche de tout . En saison d été les places de parking à proximité sont chères mais avec de la persévérance nous avons réussi à trouver . Nous gardons l adresse pour une prochaine fois

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cet appartement un peu vieillot mais bien agencé et surtout très bien placé (proche plage, commerce et port) Un bémol avec l'insonorisation extérieure (les baies vitrées pas top) Trés bon point pour l'agent immobilier qui a géré notre location

Beau studio calme bien situé et vue mer

Un studio spacieux calme entièrement rénové au 3ème étage, lumineux, tout équipé avec jolies vues mer ; en face du palais de congrès, tout près des commerces, boutiques et des animations estivales ; petite plage à 150m ou grande plage de Royan à 600m (Grande Conche) ; cuisine intégrée complète, cafetière filtre et capsules, filtres à café, bouilloire, grille pains, produits ménagers, torchons, sacs poubelles, etc.... ; grands placards, étagères et penderie , aspirateur, balai, machine à laver neuve, lessive, fer à repasser ; clic-clac double et bezed double confortables pour dormir + 1 bezed simple (non utilisé) dans une autre petite pièce, oreillers, couettes imprimées ; salle de bains avec rangements et douche ; toilettes séparées ; la résidence ne dispose pas de parking privé, nombreuses places disponibles et gratuites devant l'immeuble sauf certains jours de forte affluence. Excellent accueil du gérant immobilier joignable facilement en cas de besoin. Petite réserve sur le ménage : c’était propre dans l'ensemble, mais nous avons trouvé de nombreux cheveux longs, "moutons" et autres petits résidus sur le carrelage ; néanmoins je mets 5* car nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement.

Super vacances dans un appartement au top pour nous deux.

Appartement très bien équipé, propre avec beaucoup de rangements. Tout proche de la plage et des commerces, nous avons passé vraiment de très bonnes vacances. La propriétaire est charmante, le gardien l'est également. Nous gardons soigneusement vos coordonnées pour une prochaine fois.

Rien de mieux!

L'appartement est très bien situé, a 100 m de la plage, donc pas besoin de voiture. Il est également a 400 m des commerces et du centre ville ainsi que du marché (ouvert tous les matins en période estivale) Un très bon accueil par le gardien, avec qui il est possible de communiquer tout au long du séjour, si vous avez un problème ou une question. L'appartement est très agréable est de bonne taille (un salon-salle a manger spacieux qui donne sur une petite cuisine américaine, avec un bar). Très agréable et lumineux.
