This apartment is well laid out and can accommodate a couple alone or with 2 children. A quality sleep awaits you on a new "Tempur" 160 mattress, lulled by the sound of the waves. The new fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher...) will allow you to cook to your heart's content. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and orange TV.

Appartement très bien rénové a 2 pas de la mer

Ce petit appartement a été très bien rénové avec un très bon agencement et beaucoup de goût (félicitations). Il est très bien situé à 20 mètres de la grande plage de Royan, on peut voir la mer et le port en angle, et surtout entendre les vagues la nuit en laissant la fenêtre ouverte ! Nous avons trouvé tout l'équipement nécessaire (même un petit lave linge très pratique). Enfin, il est a quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville. En résumé, parfait !
