Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath lakeside villa with stunning views of 150 acre Lake Aspen! Obtain ultimate relaxation on the private deck overlooking the second largest lake in the resort, complete with a charcoal BBQ pit and patio furniture perfect for family meals with a view.

Inside, expansive windows in the living area and bedrooms bring immense amount of natural light in while offering waterfront views to enhance your lakefront experience. An open concept living area is finely furnished with a wood burning fire place, new smart TV, comfortable furniture, and spacious dining room table for game nights and entertainment. The remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, new appliances, breakfast bar, and is fully stocked with everything you need for meal preparation.

Upstairs boast three bedrooms, each with their own full private bath. One queen and one twin-sized bed occupy the master bedroom, while the two additional bedrooms are each outfitted with two twin-sized beds. A private balcony off of one bedroom offers extra privacy for peaceful lake viewing.

Enjoy lake life to the fullest with Geneva Beach only a short walk away. Coupled next to Lake Aspen, guests can take full advantage of its shallow swimming area, diving dock, and large grassy space, ideal for family fun or reunions.

Were in for a wedding

The carpets were badly stained and dirty. My wife had to clean all the counter tops and surfaces. It looked like no one had stayed there in quite some time. Very dusty. Had to kill two wasps, and I am allergic to any kind of insect sting. Great view outdoor.

Needs deep cleaning , carpet stain on stairs ,dead mouse under end table in living room(smelled upstairs)maybe more mice. hot water heater broke and they notified us 1 hr before check in.spyders and bugs noticed.

Annual High School Girls' Weekend

This was perfect for a group of 5 ladies, as each of us had our own bed, and each bedroom has its own bath. There were a couple of minor issues, but nothing that hindered our annual gathering. We spent one day in Hermann, toured the Hermann Farm, which was interesting and stumbled upon the White House Hotel, which we also toured. Both we would recommend to others. Another day we went to Defiance, toured the Daniel Boone home, and had lunch at Chandler Hill Winery. It was an enjoyable weekend.

Had a wonderful time

We were split up between two units and had a great time as a family. The bedrooms and beds were great and each had a bathroom which was helpful for adults. A fireplace in each was nice. We had to go get some wood a starters but it worked out fine. One bedroom had a trundle bed which was not ideal for two adults. Twin beds would have been better. Over all is was great.
